Made booking in REHLAT and made payment. REHLAT email booking confirmation received. Went to Hotel with family, it was the most awkward moment when hotel has no email from REHLAT, nor they have any connection with this agent. Hotel clearly mentioned that these are not listed and they had similar cases from this REHAL. Now tried calling their 24x7 (04)2431343, which never was answered, tried they Suadi and Kuwait 24x7 Numbers, they also are not answered. Then understood, we have no grounds to negotiate with hotel, have to leave home with family in frustration. They don't have valid email, if anyone has, pls share.

I booked online hotel in mecca once reach there booking is not confirm, call centre keep me telling dont cancel booking and keep me waiting for 24 hours.
After they send mail for refund.
Now 2 month still waiting for refund.
This is very bad company.

I booked a hotel thru Rehlat on 23/04/25 but without any notice that there might be some adjustment changes with the price or room of what i reserved.
I just received this information after I paid.
I booked a double room and it is indicated that it is not refundable but then i don’t received the same order of what i booked.
It is so deceitful like i take it or cancel it without clarifying from their part that i will receive a full refund.
So i complained to them and on 24/04/2025 they sent me an email that they processed my refund and the working days to receive is 10-12 days.
So due date is over, i followed up my refund and they offered me a Rehlat digital wallet which I will receive a refund within 48hrs, but i can only use my refund for the next transaction with them. But i refused as i don’t want any transaction with them as they are deceiving their customer. I keep insisting my refund then they replied that the cause of delaying the refund is there is a pandemic situation even there is none. I keep insisting again for my refund and then they asked me to fill up a digital refund form so I did, then after a week they said there is some technical issue that is why they can’t process the refund so I have to repeat to confirm my details. Then after a weeks i still don’t receive my refund. I keep on following up my refund and until now they keep telling me that they will escalate my complaint and will receive a response from them within in 48hrs. After 48hrs they just keep on saying that their finance department is working on the request and the refund receipt will be shared very shortly. So I contacted them multiple times, every 48hrs as I don’t receive until now any refund and they just replied a repetitive email that "their finance department is working on the request and the refund receipt will be shared very shortly". They keep on delaying the refund until the customer gets tired of complaining to get the refund. Until now they don’t refund me and customer hotline is just laughing on their victims. This is obviously a scam, a fraud.

Payment Success, my reservation at Grand Hotel Francais was unsuccessful. I haven't received my refund.

I don't understand how this company is still able to operate. They are outright fraudsters!! They should be banned from Google and any third party websites. When initially booked i had to email a few times before receiving my hotel voucher. Then on 28/05/25 the day before my check-in date they informed me they couldn't supply the room i had booked so offered me a lower rate room when the city view room I requested was openly available online at a lower rate with other providers so I cancelled for a full refund. Now months later after several promises to refund within 48hrs I still have no refund. I will be reporting them to the authorities in every country they operate in amd also report to Members of Parliament in India who I have relationships with in tbe hope of getting these cowboys shut down!! I have posted screenshots on Google to prove my review.

They are total frauds.
Use their company name to take money from customers and then promise to refund back but never done upto now. Total liers all of them.
I cannot believe how they are so successful in scamming people.
Wait and watch there is big one watching you all and will be caught one day. I have reported your all actions as I have recorded conversations and names of all of you so be aware to scam any more.

AWFUL COMPANY! SCAM BEWARE!!! I made a reservation and paid fully, when I arrived to hotel check-in and there was no reservation. I have tried to get a hold of them for the past 4 months with absolutely ZERO reply back. The responses to people's concerns on google reviews are fake - NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANY BOOKING YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

I booked hotel near Heathrow Airport and paid via my credit card. When I reached the hotel around 10pm, receptionist at the hotel said that there is no booking confirmed by this company. I had to pay double the price to book the room.
It's been over a month and I still haven't received the refund, insipte of sending them multiple emails because there is no phone number to contact them in uk.
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

This site is highly unreliable. You book a room, apply discount codes or coupons, and the payment is deducted from your card. Within five minutes, you receive an email stating that the price of the room you booked has increased by $100–$200. If you agree to the new price, you will rebook at a higher cost than on platforms like Booking.com. If you decline, the refunded amount will supposedly return to your card within 10–12 banking days. However, this is not guaranteed, as I am currently at the beginning of this refund process.

Avoid these scammers from the Abar countries. Their fraudulent activities tarnish the reputation of the UAE, where such operations take place.

This is now the sixth email where I am receiving the same repetitive responses with no resolution, and frankly, it is unacceptable. I cannot understand why this issue remains unresolved despite my repeated attempts to get my hard-earned money back.

Do you not feel any responsibility or accountability in addressing this matter? It has been more than 150 emails, and yet, instead of resolving the issue, you have provided nothing but excuses and false assurances.

I am demanding an urgent refund immediately. Your lack of action is causing immense frustration and distress. Please address this matter promptly without further delays or games.

I expect a proper resolution and a clear timeline for the refund, along with an immediate update.

we bought a ticket after specifying the date on google search which showed us the exact date and directed me to rehlat website to fill the detail and pay later realized within 10 min that the date been changed and called them to amend the date that i want travel in and they asked me to pay more than the ticket value that i bought to change the date and to cancel the ticket they only refund 10% of the ticket value as airline credit after paying extra fee of 100AED so there is no use of buying the extra cancellation fee add on because this airline is a pure ripoff , it is a very bad experience and i don't recommend it to anyone to use there service

Do not use this booking channel, very poor operation. Taking advantage of people.
