Ordered Bont shoes that unfortunately didn't fit. Easily ordered even changed colour after payment, delivery time maybe not rapid but still OK. No problem at all with return and refund.

Everything was fine so far. Delivery was very quick. However, you should ask several times about the size of the shoes. I was recommended different sizes based on the footprint sent to me. This should be improved and customers should really be helped accordingly. In the end, it was luck that the shoe fit. You always learn something new as a customer. However, the seller should pay close attention to ensure that the customer is ultimately sent the correct size based on the footprint. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the communication, which was friendly and attentive. Thank you very much and I would be happy to be your customer again.

vapor 2023 is very very comfortable…
vapror 2023 is very very comfortable but MTB Shoes are not comfortable and very heavy and to narrow. I cant belive shoes has good opinion.

It's rare to find a shop that stocks gravel cycling shoes in size EU49 (US13), but Reins.cc carries quite a few. After some issues with the DHL eCommerce delivery, their team responded quickly and professionally, and I was soon able to start using my new shoes. Great service!

Shoes maybe wide for narrow feet
Shoes maybe wide for narrow feet, but are in fact narrow for people with wide feet. Quite disappointed that even companies who are aware of the conflict between natural foot shape and common shoe shape do such a poor job.
