Ordered Bont shoes that unfortunately didn't fit. Easily ordered even changed colour after payment, delivery time maybe not rapid but still OK. No problem at all with return and refund.

My toe bumper fall off. In my opinion
It was someting wrong with it from the manufacturer. You sent me a new bumper to fix it my self. Not a new pair of shoes. Im very dissapointed.I cant recommend this brand of shoes
to anyone. And they wern't cheap either.

Great product and service
Wanted the new Bont vaypor 2023 but these didn’t fit my wide feet with high instep. Went to them to try and fit different pairs and went off with a double wide vaypor S! Great service and finally shoes that fit correct.

Friendly contact and response
Friendly contact and response within one day. The Bont Riot+ MTB is a good shoe. But i noticed the shape of the last doesn´t match my foot shape so i had to return it. The return from germany with DHL for 2 pairs costs around 16 EUR and worked straight forward. I would recommend reins.cc.
