I started the process for insurance in November 2025 & finally got it through in February 2026 whilst the insurance we have is great for our needs, the companies communication is appalling, i learnt that once you have sent an email which you can only send to a general email not a personal one, you have to ring to check whether they have it & action your requirements each time. It made what had previously been a really easy simple process to been alot of hassle & time spent dealing with this.
