Five star service with good communication throughout. Wayne arrived quickly and sorted out the problem, keeping me informed at all times. I even had a courtesy text the next day to make sure all was well. Would highly recommend.

He was very noble and honest from the outset. I gave him a description of the issue and he walked me through how to easily assess the job. His view was I could save myself money as he would have charged me for the hour coming out to assess and he may not have brought adequate tools as he wouldn’t know the issue in advance. This honesty and character was a great start and was typical of the rest of my experience.

He was punctual, knowledgeable, skilled, well mannered and spoken and helped a great deal and as quick as he could. Explained everything he was doing and why and walked me through maintenance and further steps down the line.

I had a new boiler installed and new pipe work , Reliable ultra Mr Wayne carter was very professional , very reliable and trustworthy he finished the work to a very high standard and I’m so pleased that I found someone that I can trust, I would recommend Wayne 100 percent to any one would use again he done a great job.

Wayne Always Does A Brilliant And Meticulous Job

We called Wayne to service the boiler in my new home and was able to quickly resolve a number of issues on top of that he managed to complete the boiler registration which it turns out the previous owners hadn’t done and get us an extended guarantee due to his long standing relationship with the manufacturer. Wayne also fit a new bathroom sink for us in the same visit and guaranteed his work by returning to fix a leak that developed a few days after. As a regular customer of Wayne’s he always delivers a great service.

Wayne completed the water pump checks within 20 minutes and made the necessary calls to ensure I could go back to the manufacturer and get the work sorted under the warranty, at a time when I didn’t have the money to replace the pump or spend a heap of money on repairs. I really appreciate his promptness and honesty in handling this job at a time when I really needed it. Thoroughly recommended.

Wayne came out early at 6.30am in the morning to fix a burst pipe. Wayne traced the problem immediately and renewed a section of pipework and fittings.
He fitted a new toilet seat as a goodwill gesture.
Honest, reliable and knows his stuff. Recommended
