Avoid this Company like the Plague! Ordered 2 larder fridges, The courier company they use only delivered one saying the other was damaged at the their depot, so they sent it back. After sending 5 emails with no response in 2 weeks and trying to call them 5 times and giving up after being on hold for over 30 mins Reliant direct clearly don't have a customer service department! No Fridge and No refund. We as a business are now having to start a charge back on our Payment card. Plenty of other electronics online retailers out there so please use any other but Reliant, or Unreliant as they should be called

The product works well and was delivered clean, tidy and well packaged

This family business deserves it for traditional service, as it always use to naturally be without being asked

From start to finish ordering it was easy the delivery was super fast 48hrs the communication with delivery people was constant the two people who delivered my range cooker were polite and helpful and within 24hrs after my delivery reliant had phoned to see if id had my cooker if i was happy with it 5star service and 5star company will deffiently be using again in the future as the price was very goid for the quality of my purchase

I ordered a HYE washing machine & the 1st time I used it it came up with an E1 error. I called up & after I'd sent a email with a picture they sent me another one a few days later & I'm happy to say this one is working, quick response & fast re delivery. 👍

Customer service call centre needs more agents. The average waiting time for me to contact them on 4 separate occasions was 30 minutes each time. There was no music when on hold or the option for a callback. They need to improve this service as I found it exasperating!

Delivery was fast and delivery me. Where nice how ever my machine is faulty I have been on hold for over 30 minutes three times. I have sent three emails to customer services and still haven't heard anything back. It's going on for a week now with out a washing machine

Ordered an American style fridge freezer which was delivered on time by a really helpful pair of guys who went above and beyond to get it into our awkward kitchen. Fridge freezer is lovely and well worth what we paid , would definitely order from here again if needed

Second washing machine was spot on . It was just a shame first one was faulty would recommend machine to friends and family.
