Good Communication

The company kept me informed about the product’s delivery and gave instructions for its use. They seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction.

I would have liked to know that it was being shipped from China. I have had some relief for my back pain.

Initially

Initially, I was skeptical about this product because there weren't many reviews, but I'm happy with the product.
Nice quality, no toxic smell, very good material. Ergonomic design that provides perfect fit for all sizes. The claw-like parts provide room for adjustments by widening or narrowing the distance between the claws. You can find the perfect spots by exploring/playing with it a little bit.
I was desperate to try all available options before trying epidural injections. I'm glad I found this, and together with right rehab exercises, it really helps with pain management. Or rather, on the days when I couldn't even get to the PT sessions due to swelling, burning sensation and pain, these tools were my only hope.
Thank you for making great products.

I've suffered from spinal issues all my life, as I was born missing various parts and pieces - all of which has been complicated by several accidents, one of which caused severe, permanent right shoulder damage. Having a device that provides this level of relief is a game changer for severe pain between my shoulder blades up through my neck & this product does the trick. I have had products that I would classify as "sturdily built" - this thing is way way way beyond sturdily built - more like what we used to call "bomb proof" because it really is that tough..

INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT, SLOW COMMUNICATION, DIFFICULT TO RETURN, NO REFUND AFTER RETURNING THE PRODUCT

This is my experience with this seller.
As this seller might try to contest this review, Note to Trustpilot team that I have proof of everything related below to support this review: invoice, tracked return of the product, transcript communication with PayPal, emails sent to seller, dispute transcript with PayPal. This is a genuine unfortunate experience.

I have placed an order on relieflylab.com, for a pair of barefoot shoes, on 29.07.2023.
The item arrived, it was of inferior quality of what I was expected it to be, and had a bad fit, not at all as similar products I have seen in stores in London, this was the kind of product that might cause you harm in long term use.
I have immediately emailed them back and requested to return the product for a full refund. After a week of exchanging emails, and me having to dispute the payment on PayPal, they finally provided a return address, in China.
Their refund policy states: ‘’We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, all you have to do is return the product, for non-discounted items the shipping is on us, and for items over 30% off the shipping is on the customer.’’
Since the day I have placed the order, 29/07/2023, everything on this site is listed as being ‘’on sale’’.
This pretty much looks like a trick, so if a customer wants to return a product, they need to pay for the return postage, because ‘’it is discounted’’.

I have sent back the item to the address in China, via Royal Mail tracked and signed, to be sure they will get it, and I have paid £20 for the postage.
The item arrived back with the seller on 14/09/2023

They list on the site to have a ‘’45 days money back guarantee’’ and ‘’results or full refund’’, they make it look as if you are not happy with the product and wish to return it, it is very easy.
There is nowhere on the site listed where they are located, and where you will need to return a product if you wish to do so. The return address is in China, an address that could not be validated by Royal Mail, so I took the risk of returning it anyway.

Even so I have repeatedly mentioned that I want to return the product to get a refund, they kept trying making me keep it by offering a discount not to send it back.
Cheap quality product and horrible and slow customer service, I have wasted £20 in return postage.

I have placed this order on 29.07.2023; I got the product, sent it back on 21.08.2023; this seller has received the return on 14.09.2023; on 20.09.2023 I had to contact PayPal to open another dispute to try to get a refund as the seller won’t respond to my emails. The seller went silent, they took the money, and the returned product.

On 03.10.2023, PayPal finally decided to close the dispute in my favour because the seller refused to respond, and I got my money back for this purchase. I have lost £20 in postage fees returning the product. THIS SELLER IS A VERIFIED SCAMMER!

Note to seller: whatever you will be posting here as a response to this review, it is irrelevant, you had the chance to respond by email and PayPal, and you didn't!
