It took over a month to get my hot tub

It took over a month to get my hot tub. I was unable to find site they had to inquire so put it on fraud at bank and soon got the tub. Now I want to send it back unopened but they wont send a return label so I can. Very disgusted with whole experience.

cold hot tub

Set up my tub in the sunroom which I keep the room at 75 degrees Never heated to 104° called left a message. No return call for several days now.

My order arrived damaged and doesn't heat. Cold tub only.

My order arrived damaged and missing pieces. I did receive the "seats" after requesting them, but they are no more than flat slabs of foam. The hot tub doesn't even get hot.

We have never received any inquiries from you regarding heating of the product and as we know, inflatable hot tubs have requirements for the temperature of the environment in which they are to be used, if you need any assistance in fact we are always here so please let us know as well, thank you very much!

Filter runs all the time, won't hold air (Edited review)

For a ~$400 hot tub guess you get what you pay for.

1. Customer Service is really, really bad. Non-responsive, although they finally did tell me when to expect delivery (2 weeks after their original email said it would be).

2 The spa doesn't hold air. I have to reinflate every 2-3 days. Update: I found the leak (a small slit ~1/16") on the bottom and was able to patch it with Flex Tape.

3. The controller doesn't turn off the filter if you have it on heat setting, once it gets to temperature. So the filter runs constantly, and it has a function that shows an error of the filter has been run for 168 hours.

All in all, I change my recommendation . This is a decent buy for the money, but response time from customer support still leaves much to be desired. I did get a response today, saying they lost my email. (I sent my complaints via email and the Shop app.)

Waste of money

I was sent a spa with a hole in it on Dec. 27th, 2023 and because relxtime has no customer service that speaks English or anyone to respond to emails I would not recommend!! I’ve sent atleast 5 emails for a replacement spa or something to patch the hole but I’ve got ZERO help. What a huge waste of money!! And it was an anniversary gift to my husband. Wayfair or Amazon is your better option if your going to purchase an inflatable spa.

We love our new hot tub

We love our new hot tub. It was easy to set up, it went up just like they said it would. It does take it some time to heat up, so don’t expect to be able to jump right in after it fills, but that’s to be expected with any hot. It has been great to come home after a hard days work and relax in it. This definitely deserves 5 stars.

I received the tub

I received the tub, 2 holes 1 inside and 1 out. It also wont hold heat.I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they aren't replying, I've emailed then several times for a refund and they aren't responding. It seems they are waiting for the 30 day return period to be up and than reply and they don't want to give refunds, if you get tub with holes expect them to say it's damaged and no returns.
Bad deal, do not buy nor trust these people. They did eventually send a return label after my husband and I threatened to dispute it with the bank but then we informed them that we needed a larger box to send it back in because it wouldn't fit back into the original box and they didn't respond nor did they send a larger box because you can't just buy a larger box so we had to dispute the transaction with our bank and get our money back after requesting for a larger box several times and they wouldn't cooperate, if the tub has holes in it like ours or comes with holes and you fill it with water and the tub fills with water, there is absolutely no way you will be able to compact fit the tub back into the box it's shipped in, it won't fold full of water back into the box and relxtime won't send you a bigger box so that leaves disputing it since under those conditions you won't be able to send it back and they won't work with you.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOULL NEVER GET AHOLD OF COMPANY

Hot tubs works pretty well but they have no customer service None! the inflatable pillow that goes on top will not stay inflated we have used it less than 5 times but to get a hold of anyone good luck Ive been blowing up the number on website tried the chat on website and sent emails and nothing this is unbelievable. And im even more pissed because it what our kids got us for xmas now they feel bad dont sell a product if you can't have some kind of customer seems so strange!!

God forbid you have any issues

God forbid you have any issues, the customer service is not available.. I received the inflatable bladder with a hole right out of the box. no help with that. If you are new to hot tubs, definitely don’t go with this company, a video of relxtime for Dummies would be greatly appreciated for the people who actually paid cash for it.

Damaged Hot Tub No Response

I received a damaged inflatable hot tub that had a small pierce in the flex hose. After my initial set up it was leaking 5-6 inches from the fill level overnight. I found the root cause, sent pictures to Relxtime and asked for a replacement or replacement hose. I'm still waiting on an email response and I can't get through a direct line to talk to anyone.
