Poor product, worse customer service

Hot tub arrived quickly and worked well for two weeks. A small hole developed on the top seam and I attempted to fix it with the provided patch kit following the online video. It did not work because of the location of the hole. I sent photos to relxtime with a description of everything I did to attempt fixing. I received no response after a week. I reached out again and it took another 5 days for a response. They told me to use the patch kit which already didn't work and to patch it with special glue that I needed to purchase and they would reimburse. Then they said if I had any questions to reach out to them via phone. The number they provided was my own cell phone number. So I immediately responded via email that it was my number they sent and to please provide me with the correct one. No response for a week. I got the glue and followed the videos and the tub still does not hold air. I paid for two weeks of use and now I have a large useless tub. Not sure what is worse, the product or the customer service.

As an update, customer service did get back to me and answered my questions.

I sent this message the day we got the hot tub and have not heard a work.
We received the hot tub but it looks like we are missing the hot tub mat. Also don't know if we were supposed to get an air bladder but we did not. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

We like the hot tub but are disappointed we have not received a response and would appreciate a reply.

Purchased a Relxtime two person…

Purchased a Relxtime two person inflatable hot tub. Arrived on a Saturday, set it up the next day following instructions exactly. After inflation and set up I filled it with water and it immediately began to leak from the bottom pipe fitting area. I have been in contact with Relxtime customer service, obviously in China and find that their solution is to send me written direction for troubleshooting and turning me into an unpaid technician. Quality, apparently zero, customer service rating, I guess depending on how good a technician I am which is also a zero.

Love the spa

Love the spa. My husband is 6”2 and can totally relax with his legs outstretched. Easy to install, keeps its heat beautifully. Would highly recommend this spa. Owned a different brand a couple of years ago and this one far exceeds the durability of the previous one.

Was were originally told that I could get a replacement wino charge cause it was under warranty. Had to call several times and finally after dealing with this for about a month was given the option of paying $100.00 and get one soo i took that offer cause I was tired of messing with it. Not a Happy customer!! 😓

Item defective, customer service sucks…

Unfortunately I received a defective item. After many emails & phone calls, and jumping through hoops sending the same photo of the error code numerous times they said they’d request a replacement. And then crickets. Not a word or response to my emails for 5 days. Would never order from this company again.
