Transmission purchase

Sales associate over the phone was amazing and extremely helpful to all my questions i wish i knew his name but that man deserves a raise he sold me a 4l60e 4x2

My experience was not great

My experience was not great. I ordered a transmission on Line and didn’t receive a tracking number for my purchase. I wasn’t sure my order went through however, my credit card was charged for the purchase. I called numerous times trying to verify my Oder. Eventually Shelly ( A Supervisor) called me. She was unprofessional, she assured me that I was sent a tracking #. We exchange words Shelly got upset and cancelled my order. ( mind you the transmission was 5 miles from my house). Shelly ended up saving me $500. Reman is sending me emails every day for the core, I never received a transmission from them it was cancelled by Shelly.

Efficiency at it best

The ability to find the correct transmission on the web page was spot on. Outstanding web page. Not only knowing you have identified the correct transmission on the web, actually talking to a specialist brought comfort in knowing you were purchasing a high-quality direct replacement. The web and talking to a specialist were misleading. the lead time to receive the transmission and the order was confirmed on the web and verbally was 14 days. it actually took 21 days. No one reach out to explain the delay. I had to call customer service to get an update. Charlie was very prompt and professional in his response and update on the status. I understand things happen that would increase the lead time. One improvement would be to send updates on the order status with a shipping update. The status when you log in doesn't actually provide an accurate status. All in all, I would recommend Reman Transmission.
