First, they sold me a unit they didn't have.

Then they didn't answer emails for a week..and they NEVER answer the phone.

Then , when I got another product, they sent it to the wrong address.

Then, they refused to grant a refund, even though they had sent it to the wrong address, because it was signed for....... thankfully PayPal refunded me the money.......Hard NO

Sending me wrong items all the time is not what I did expected from a company like remark.

Overall experience was excellent. Great pricing combined with quick delivery. Would have been a 5 star review except that the laptop I received wasn't exactly as ordered....ordered a laptop with a QWERTY (US) keyboard but received one with a QWERTY (Sweden) keyboard which had stickers on the keys to turn it into a Azerty (NL) keyboard. Luckily, the Swedish keyboard was actually much more usable (multiple currency keys available) once I removed the stickers and adjusted the settings in Windows.

Ordered hard disks and sata cables however the sata cables were not the ones pictured; 1 side should have had a 90 degree connector and the ones I received were both straight connectors. I sent them an email and they promptly sent me 2 new cables free of charge and without question!

I have ordered a laptop and when I received it it was dirty and did not work. I returned it after 20 days still my money not refunded. do not waste your money. not recommended

Fair prices and exraordinary good service. Will be shopping again soon.

I would give a 2.5star, given how many people complain it's a scam, and my own experience wasn't quite smooth, since the laptop they send me, had a very bad battery and broke 2 minutes after installing win 11 onto it, so it probably isn't tested with using the performance load or something, returning it was possible, and they do reply not as slow on the email, so I would say stay away but not a scam, just not very reliable.

The order was placed but I was told the laptop was not available. I was surprised as the item resulted on stock, they said it would have taken months to receive some parts. I was offered to receive a lower quality replacement and no reduction with no reduction on the price. After discussing for over a week, I realized asking questions also that the language of the keyboards are changed by applying stickers on top rather than having the keys swapped- this was again not stated on the website, which I now find misleading. Luckily I was reimbursed, I would not recommend buying from Remarkt. It looks convenient because it is slightly cheaper but there are other refurbishment services of much higher quality. I bought from Backmarket before which I would recommend and from Refurbed in this last instance, the quality and finish of the product I received is top notch. In fact I was worried I would have not been able to receive the item in time, as the issue with Remarkt made me lose 2/3 weeks, and I had to receive the laptop before a certain date. Once I ordered from refurbed the item was with me within 2 days! This is just to say, stay away from this website, worth going to spend a 10/15÷ elsewhere and avoid bad surprises!

Whatever company you used to transport the laptop, don't use them again! I'm still without the laptop and I've no idea where it is! Pathetic!

Purchased a computer for next day delivery, 3 days later it still has not shipped. Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Email response also not good.

Maybe buy form them in the store, they cannot manage shipping well.

Ordered a refurbished laptop in "nette staat". I was so looking forward to receive it. Be aware of the following;
- They list a phone number on their website which is just playing an automessage saying you need to email.
- Shipment was a day late without them informing proactively.
- I emailed and they did give a response within 24 hours but they didn't explain why you couldn't call.
- They put stickers over the keyboard to make it QWERTY. I mean guys, really? Just change the whole thing then? It looks so childishly done and on top of that it doesn't let through the light when you turn on the laptop..

Due to the reasons above I will unfortunately be returning the laptop. Oh and when you want to return something it's a request on their site. You're not even able to print a return label right away and send it off. Not satisfied with this place unfortunately.

It was easy to find a laptop with my requirements. They offer professional service and reasonable price. I just got nice one recently. Highly Recommended!!!

I purchased a laptop and recieved nothing, when I demanded a refund they stop responding to my emails. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!

The monitor was sent quickly and in good condition.
