Second laptop we buy from Remarkt. Laptops are in very good state, as agreed and very good price.

Got exactly what I ordered. Battery health at 97%, no scratches, everything works, charger included in the box.

Everything went well, they could only have said that the screen had a permanent white spot

Nice packaging, good quality, fast delivery and above all - very descent price...

Service is good but delivery poor.
Also I received a dud PC wasting hours attempting to get it going without success, sending back.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, because ultimately the customer service provided the full refund. But the whole experience leaves a bit of sour taste in the mouth.
I ordered a genuine Dell laptop USB-C charger. Was advertised as such on the website. When the goods arrived it wasn't a Dell charger at all but a cheapo generic charger.
When I contacted the help desk, they first said it was a shipping mistake and they would send the correct part. Then I got contacted again to say that the genuine Dell ones are not available and that's why they sent the replacement 'to help me'. No thanks - firstly I wanted a genuine part and secondly sending a cheaper thing 'to help me' isn't really impressive.
So they told me to send the item back and they would refund me the item as well as the shipping costs. They couldn't provide a return shipping label though, so I should do it myself and send a proof of expense for the shipping.
All good so far. I sent the item back, and quite quickly got re-imbursed for the purchase. But no trace of being reimbursed for the return shipping costs. Had to contact them again to ask where that reimbursement was. Oh - lost somewhere. Can I send again ? Then it takes a while and they reimbursed me for only part of the shipping cost ! Had to contact them again. Oh - a finance mistake... Ultimately it was all fixed and I got my full reimbursement for item and return shipping but it took 1.5 month of back and forth.

But very hesitant to order here again. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it feels they try to trick you at every step and hope you don't push through. I my case tried to trick me by sending an inferior and cheaper item (and hope I would just keep it for the higher price), to trick me by postponing paying the shipping cost (and hope I would not bother for that amount) and again to trick me by paying only part of what's due (and hope I would not bother for a few euro/eurocents).

Orderd at 10:50 friday and havent recived my order.

Placed an order, but not received. They shared a fake tracking number. Tried to contact over email & phone, however, no body answers the phone & no body replies to email. Complete scam, stay away from this store

I bought a Mac Book Pro in April Last year. In August, the charger which came with the laptop stopped working. I emailed them, they sent me a new charger and problem solved. Later, my screen started to get gray, causing me not to see clearly what is on the screen. I emailed them, sent them photos of the problem. I posted the laptop. They fixed it really well and sent it to me back. I really appreciate both of the solutions. I recommended them to my friend she also bought a laptop from them. If I need to buy a laptop again, it will be from remarkt.nl. Thanks

Refurbished monitor in perfect condition and fast delivery. I needed 2 monitors and ordered one to give it a try. Now I will order the second one :)
