Good packaging and next day shipping is true. Now waiting on second order! Email support is good especially when needing to cancel an order before they ship it. Email can be faster in response. Used product is as described but could be more specific online like where the scratches and paint peels are if C grade. No major bad surprises.

Stay away from this scammers

- Nobody answers the phone
- Nobody answers the emails
- I returned faulty products which have not been refunded yet (after months)

I can not understand the negative reviews on this site. My experience is completely different.
I bought for my company Evoleo Technologies a docking station for a DELL laptop, but
ordered the wrong type. My fault! Stefan, the customer service representative was very helpful and offered a free return mail tag and reimbursement of the money because Remarkt did did not have the correct docking station on stock. Thank you anyway.
I consider Remark as a very well run operation.
The item arrived well packed, within 24 hours and was in good condition with only small traces from previous use.

I bought a monitor that was advertised as 1080P with displayport without a stand. the monitor they sent me was not 1080P, did not have displayport and did not only not have a stand, the VESA mount was also broken on the back. so now I'm stuck with a monitor that doesn't have the advertised resolution, doesn't work with the cables that came with it and can't be set on a desk or hung on a mount.

I bought a dockingstation with charger for my EliteBook 840 G4.
on there website the picture of the dockingstation is with 2 displayports, as an option you can choose to order a HP charger (which I did).

when the order arrived, the dockingstation only had one displayport, the charger is not genuine but a fake. after contacting them and sending it back, the send me a new one, probably the same. this time with an HP sticker on it, wich was way too big and not even straight!

the thing with this website, they say they sell HP chargers but DO NOT say that they're fakes and worst of all. instead of fixing the error they try to cover it with a sticker.
a friend ordered a lenovo dock with charger, he got a charger from aliexpress with electrical wiring vissible! unsafe!

Ordered a phone middle of December, still don’t have it.

Spent hours on hold trying to contact them, won’t answer.

Mid-march I bought a refurbished screen from remarkt. I decided to return the product as the condition was worth than expected. I am waiting for the refund ever since.
After reaching out to remarkt asking whether the return package was received, they confirmed and mentioned that they were struggling with enormous demand due to corona. I wouldn't complain about a delay of a couple of weeks, but 3 months without receiving the refund is too long.

Very professional and attentive: I messed up one delivery, but they send it twice at no cost when I asked. Great material too. Thanks again from Carlos.

You can not buy refurbished hardware of this good quality anywhere else in my opinion!
