Most of the clothes were fine but one had a slight stain and one arrived broken, and international shipping costs are high to return an item. I expected the return or repair cost be covered, but so far no. Probably won’t order again.

Order 9035 REMASS REFUSES REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE CLOTHING
Order 9035 Remass does not comply with the Consumer Rights Act & refuses refunds for unworn defective clothing it admits itself is damaged. My Daughter ordered a skirt. Arrived 1/08/23. After work she opened her parcel immediately noticing 1 seam was unsewn causing a large split and the lace to bottom of skirt left dangling. She emailed Remass a detailed message inc photos. The skirt hasn’t been tried on. Tags attached. She explained it was to take to Paris this weekend which is genuine. There reply states they do not give refunds.
To quote Catherine at Remass’ email response :- i'd like to note these items are all hand made by our seamstresses in London, so
unfortunately some imperfections can take place.
The only solution Remass are willing to offer is a repair or replacement. Neither of which are useful for my Daughters holiday in 2 days.
The Skirt arrived faulty. My Daughter by law is entitled to a refund. This matter is now in the hands of the bank as they have even ignored an official letter( template) from Which and From Trading Standards. I urge you to spend your money elsewhere. Spend it with Remass and you have a fight on your hands for poor quality faulty items.

Since i quit buying fast fashion remas has become my go to store for second hand clothes. The style/fitting is always spot on for me so I even treated myself to their original designs, and can I just say I have never felt more confident and sexy in a piece of fabric before!
