Obviously she has been with you long enough to really have a varied and broad knowledge and has common sense. The common sense is a gift these days. No ordeal talking to her. Thank you❤️

Very professional, caring, and supportive
The professionalism of the NP as well as the knowledge she has is what made me feel confident and comfortable. Appointment scheduling was quick and easy and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I did my initial consult with their…
I did my initial consult with their provider and was a pleasant experience. She suggested which concoction I should get and I agreed. Told each other have a nice day and then hung up. The next day I received an email saying my initial consult was not done and I needed to schedule it. I called customer service and the first rep verified this, I then asked for a manager who said yes I see your notes but you need labs before we can do your prescription. I said we never discussed having labs done of any kind. After 45 minutes on the phone being told a fictitious version of the appointment that I was present for I decided to cancel before it started. They have some serious system issues kicking out bad info the customer service in my opinion. I would never recomend them.

The person on my call seem to like she was overworked and put out by questions I had because she appeared to be in a big hurry she said she was very busy. If that's the case it's not really on her it's moron you know if you could remedy med could hire more people that would be the best solution.
