I was pleased with my appointment at Remedymeds. I wanted to discuss my weight loss journey, and they listened attentively to my concerns and considered my requests. Immediately after our appointment, they prescribed my medication and mailed it to me.

One delivery I did not get enough notice and the refrigerated product set outside too long

Helpful visit. I was a little confused about when to reorder and not to use med past 4th injection. That was cleared up.

Bait and switch — I have received materially different representations from Remedy Meds clinicians and have not gotten my subscription for months. When I called to ask why, I was told that I had to see a clinician again because I had not been taking my prescription so long. She then told me that I couldn’t get my prescription or cancel it. I feel scammed.

If I could give them one star I would. What a scam. I met with the clinician and asked how much I would be charged because they only give you the amount after you sign up and they charge you. She said she didn't know. She indicated she would have someone call me with the amount before she submitted the prescription. NO CALL!! I wake up the next morning and the prescription has been submitted along with a charge of $400. I'm told I cannot cancel it since it has already gone to the pharmacy. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!

The clinician was timely, and very cool. If I have anything to say it’s that he never once looked in my eyes. Always looking down, so if this is due to the angle of his camera then may I suggest it be better positioned.

I THINK YOU GUYS ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE, BUT ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE TO REDO EVERYTHING WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I WILL MOST LIKELY CHANGE COMPANYS AS SOON AS I FIND ONE THAT ISN'T A HUGE HASSLE. ALSO YOUR "REFILL" POLICY/CHARGES SHOULD BE AS USED NOT EVERY MONTH ie. WHEN I NEED MY NEXT BOTTLE, I ORDER IT AND THEN I GET CHARGED.

Remedy Meds is the third GLP1 provider I've tried since beginning my weight loss journey late last year. And so far, they are the most responsive. My initial televisit was scheduled the same day I signed up. And within days, my prescription was being filled.

When I had a question, my call was answered almost immediately with a very helpful and polite person from the support dept.

Are they the cheapest? No. But their prices are very competitive. Also: I've tried the discount places. Trust me when I say...you get what you pay for.

So far, I have been extremely impressed with Remedy Meds.
