Quality has gone downhill
I’ve been a loyal customer and previously had great results using Remi Cachet, but this time has been a disaster. I had two full deluxe wefts fitted, but there was nothing deluxe about them. The hair is shockingly thin at the ends - it genuinely looks like something you’d pick up from a market stall, not a premium brand.
I spent over £800 including the fitting and additional lengths, only to be left with flat, lifeless hair that doesn’t resemble the quality I once trusted. What’s worse is the brand’s response - they told me to send the hair back after it was fitted. At that price point, they know most people can’t just remove and return the hair once it’s installed, so it feels like a convenient way to avoid responsibility.
After reading recent reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one seeing this drop in quality. Sadly, I won’t be buying from Remi Cachet again. If you’re considering investing in their hair - don’t. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Terrible hair and even worse customer service
I previously reported how awful my hair had gone after only 16 weeks. Left a review was told to reach out. Reached out was palmed off AGAIN there not interested in helping. The colour fading is awful my hair is orange totally different colour to advertised and sold. Ratty thin and has shed. They didn’t even ask to see it before blaming me. All of the responses on here asking you to reach out are just to look like they care once you do there not interested at all. I spent hundreds and it lasted less tho an a third of the marketed times it’s awful hair and the customer service is worse. If I could add photos to this review I would but I’d urge anyone to look on TikTok for recent social media posts of how bad this hair has gotten. They’ve spent a lot of money on a rebrand and seem to have forgetton its good quality hair we pay for not a packet.

WORST HAIR I’VE EVER HAD
I’m not one for leaving negative reviews but I couldn’t be more disappointed in my hair from remi cachet. After spending £600 on hair it is the WORST HAIR I have EVER had. I tried these for the first time after hearing amazing things about them and couldn’t be more upset with the quality. The hair is awful and after 6 weeks the shedding and colour fade is actually terrible. I change my hair every 6 months as a rule but this hair has no longer than 8 weeks in it. After reading all the other reviews it appears I’m not the only one. Save your money girls, shop elsewhere.

I’ve been wearing remi cachet for years…
I’ve been wearing remi cachet for years now, I received my new hair on Friday and had it fitted on Friday - along with this I received the miracle spray and oil and it made my extensions go all GUMMY. As soon as this happened I tried to apply water to brush the product through my hair, I then put it in a plait - I washed it Saturday as it felt awful from the product used - I used the Remi cachet shampoo and conditioner as I always do - my hair extensions are so tangled and dry I’m having to brush them in two days I haven’t been able to wear my hair down, my boyfriend took my out for dinner last night and I was excited about styling them but I literally curled them and they were soo knotted and tangled one bond as already come Out from trying to remove a knot from the strand.
I’m so upset about this, as I said I’ve always worn this brand and now I’m unsure what to do as the hair is expensive I’ve paid for the fitting which was also expensive and now I’d rather feel self conscious with my own thin hair than 100gs of hair which looks synthetic like a cheap Barbie’s hair.

AVOID, colour fading within 2/3 weeks
Quality used to be amazing! Thought it can’t go wrong with Remi catchet, but they have changed their hair. 7/20 will fade orange within 2/3 weeks! And they will try and blame it on you as the consumer even though all after care was bought and followed. Both tapes and the weft faded, tapes were better than the weft. Sadly due to appalling customer care I will not buy with them again and will tell everyone about to avoid.

Not the same
The ultra tips had so many short hairs in them. I really was shocked when they arrived. No point complaining as customer service is never great. I’ve had some of them in for a month and ordered two more packs as thickness was gone. I don’t use heat styling tools and dry my hair on low heat and still they are snapping. Really love the brands colour range but the quality of hair isn’t great anymore unfortunately same as most brands.

Very disappointed by the recent…
Very disappointed by the recent customer service and the order I received . ( totally different colours despite both apparently being shade 22)
Been a loyal client for over 10 years and spent thousands with this company !!
Met with a ‘can’t do attitude’ on the phone as all orders gone out and it’s now bank holiday weekend , advised to move my client despite being booked 6wks in advance and it being her holiday hair appointment , was then advised to respond via email quickly ‘due to them closing’ with photographs bar codes etc .. received NO correspondence back WHAT SO EVER !!
Left me with an impossible situation with my client , due to the lack of care when packing orders ( the shade difference should’ve been picked up as ITS OBVIOUS) and no solution for my client or business .
