Had to pay 140 euro extra for shipping with ups as order didn’t include customs. If you’re aware customs are this high when ordering to outside of UK, it should be mentioned somewhere

I need to express my happiness with this company. Firstly I’ve used companies in the past who have blamed myself or my client for the faulty of their hair, it has been a lengthy process to get the hair issue resolved, but the outcome has proven to me that not only do remi take pride in their product, but they also look after their customers. They have resolved the issue for me, and my client involved. Unlike the other company I previously used, who were extremely unhelpful until a video I created on TikTok went viral and they decided to help me if I deleted the video, exposing their bad customer service! Remi have handled this professionally and fairly, and haven’t made me feel alone, as I’m sure any hairdresser can agree, when there’s issues and companies aren’t behind you, you’re left feeling like your useless to the client and inadequate!
So thank you to Rebecca and Racheal who have helped me through this, you’re great girls.
