It was my first time using this app as it was recommended by my friend. And they said money will be received in just minutes. It’s been 5 days now and we still didn’t receive the money. I talked to different representatives and they were telling me different things. One said it will be 1 business day, and then 2 business days. And then one told me it’s holiday that’s why there’s a delay from the provider. BUT I used a different app, USING THE SAME DETAILS AND PROVIDER, we received the money in just 2 minutes. So it’s their system that has a problem. And then I talked to another representative and said we will receive it yesterday WITHOUT FAIL. They assured me that within the day yesterday, we will receive the money. Still, no money on the account. And today, I tried to reach out to them. The representative said, they just cleared the money YESTERDAY. So for the past five days, the money is sitting with them while my family back home is waiting for the money. EVERYONE’S LYING. Until now, no money was ever received. They said they already escalated it and no one has reaced out to me to give me an update. JUST THE COURTESY TO UPDATE ME WITH MY HARD-EARNED MONEY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS APP AGAIN. AND WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM SINCE I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS THAT THEY ARE ALL LYING.

I'm using Remitbee and Wise for…
I'm using Remitbee and Wise for transfers to my family in Ukraine and in Czech Republic. Wise is slow and the rate isn't that good to Ukraine so Remitbee is my choice. The speed is fantastic.

An Absolute Nightmare
Their service was an absolute nightmare. After completing my registration on their website, an agent informed me that I needed to complete a verification process to send money. He assured me I could transfer funds once the verification was done. I uploaded my passport photo and bank statement, but the transfer still didn’t work. Then, without explanation, the agent changed his story, saying I needed to go through yet another round of verification without clarifying the reasons or requirements.
After an extended delay, they finally approved my verification. However, when I tried to send $3,000 CAD from Canada to Japan, the transaction failed due to an issue with the account number. I’ve used other platforms like Wise and XE with the same account number and had no problems. It turned out their system lacked the necessary fields for branch numbers and account types, leading to confusion.
In the end, I had to withdraw my money, but they refused to take responsibility for their flawed system and charged me a $5 fee. The entire experience was a waste of time and money. Avoid this company at all costs.
