Will not try again
Will not try again. I submitted a payment because the app told me I would get the money on the same day. 4 days later, I got an email saying they needed additional information for the type of transaction I selected (information which was not prompted within the app). 10 days later, still no payment. I called them and I was told that 'there is an issue with their payment provider'. I asked for a refund, and instead they cancelled the transaction. The catch is: they made it look like I requested a transaction cancelation, and charged me $5 to transfer my own money (which they have been holding onto without explanation for 10+ days) back to my bank account. To summarize: slow, irresponsible, and bad customer service

Great customer service
I made my first money transfer to Philippines with Remitbee and unfortunately I entered a wrong bank name and my transfer didn’t go through. I called the customer service and Kenneth helped me out with my issue and resolved it right away and made sure that the money was received immediately.
