I needed to access my assistants lap top to work with quick books. my computer is windows 7 professional and all support ended in June. she has windows 10. so to allow my computer to link to hers we used this program. it works awesome.

Served my purpose without issues.

Very simple to set up and use.

Only one issue is your personal computer key works on the App and not the browser. On one of my accounts. the other works. Just a bit strange.

As long as you got good internet connection both sides its great to use.

I purchased this software when I had an emergency trip across the country (USA). I installed on my server at home, and my laptop from the AirBNB I was staying at.
The software worked correctly the first time (I had used it for a client before) and it was fast and reliable.
I work for a software company and provide services to Enterprise customers and I can't imagine not having it. A+++

Researched many softwares and this was the most affordable with the capabilities I needed. Got this for a fraction of the cost of others with the same tech. So far so good for my business!

I downloaded the program and called customer support they helped me walk through how to get the best out of the application. They told me to leave it on all the time on the host computer, something I would not have thought of and saved me a great deal of future problems. It has been very successful in connecting to the host from off site.

Remote-PC is an excellent and affordable choice for small office and home office (SOHO) users. We have been using Remote-PC for our small office for over a month and it is has been working without a hitch. We have 5 Windows 10 desktops, couple laptops, and everyone uses their smartphones for work related messages and emails as well. Although we had installed a basic LAN setup in our office, when I explored options for connecting to our LAN from home we were looking at the equivalent of USD 200-300 (upwards of 400k in Pakistani Rupees) for enterprise grade windows licenses for remote access or buy a dedicated NAS solution costing upwards of USD100 (200k in Pak Rupees), or install complicated VPN solutions, not to mention the added technical service and maintenance costs. Google Chrome does offer a free service for remote access BUT it does not allow you to transfer files and carry out routine office related data processing- its capabilities are limited. Starting at USD 60.00 per year for 10 computers, Remote-PC's Team Plan came as a lifesaver for us. Plus it offers you enterprise-grade security with advanced two-factor authentication and dedicated PINs for each computer machine. The only thing that has thrown a spanner in the works for us is that Remote-PC does NOT allow Multiple Logins for a common/shared office desktop which we would very much like to do. We have a shared Hub Desktop in our office which we use as a networking and storage hub for on-premises work and we want to enable remote access for the entire team from home as well. However, RemotePC only offers this option for its Enterprise Plan subscription which is unaffordable for a SOHO user. I would strongly suggest that RemotePC should offer the multiple login/access to a common desktop PC, up to a limit of 5-6 users for SOHO customers as well. This will make RemotePC a more attractive solution for SOHO users who want to use shared office computers.

Remote software is okay. It's great that it works with PC and Mac but for Macs I have a few gripes like the keyboard shortcuts don't match like they do with other remote software I've used. There is lag on connections to computers that I do not have lag with using other remote services. The price is obviously great but the product needs some work before I will become a full subscriber.

The ability to show two monitors on separate screens is amazing and fairly straightforward! There is a bit of lag issue when dealing with Programs like autocad that I did not have with Microsoft Remote Desktop. The biggest downside is the lack of usability of my mouse scroll bar as a button. It gets tons of lag and becomes unusable to pan or orbit.

Gets the job done for remote connection. Cost effective solution. Easy to install and operate. One issue is the screen size from the remote login. It can not be set to fill the complete screen. Even from a 17" laptop the text tends to very small.

I've used other companies remote access software and this one is easier to use and less expensive. Gets the job done.

I was looking for something that could easily manage a couple of my VPS machines without having to open a port to RDP. RemotePC came up in the search as being good so I gave it a try. I have found the features are all I want where you can either connect with a client or browser based. Connection speed is good and there is the normal list of other features like file transfer and backup. All in all I am very happy with the product and will use it in my management tool chest. Easy to use and install is a real bonus as well.

RemotePC works great. The price is very reasonable for what the software is capable of. I got it on sale at roughly 20% off but for individual use (single pc license) I feel it is still worth the normal price. The remote desktop viewer and agent seem to work better than using just the web viewer for me (faster response).
I only use it occasionally if I am away from home and so I can't give a true review on using it for hours on end but I'd recommend it if you need remote pc abilities functionality for occasional use like I have used it. I would expect it to work perfectly well for higher use but can't give an honest review on that since I haven't done that.
I've used the remote desktop feature and file transfer. Both have worked perfectly and quick (file transfers).
Only very minor con is that it doesn't seem to remember my login info (wants to use my local PC login) even if I select remember me. No big deal at all to me.
Great product!

Due to staff having to self Isolate we needed remote access software to enable them to work from home. Our IT company suggested RemotePC. I found it simple to get registered, download and install the software. Having multi-factor authentication gave us some assurance of security and also each separate computer has its own personal pin for access. A great bonus for us was not having to purchase a fixed IP address for our router as RemotePC bypasses this. We got up and running very quickly and users can also use their local printers. I would recommend RemotePC as a simple, cost effective solution enabling remote access for home workers.

Remote PC is AMAZING!

For years we have been held hostage by TeamViewer and their super high prices. TeamViewer is not a good product and fails often. It was very stressful for our team. We are a small company of 4-5 employees.

Remote PC has fixed all the issues we had with remote connectivity and works FLAWLESSLY for a fraction of the price! This is the best deal on connection software available and it works perfectly! Thank you SO much for solving a pain point for my company!! We are HUGE fans of this service!!

When I had a major issue with my computer, RemtePC worked great and allowed a trusted tech to come in and fix my computer. True life saver.
