The installation process is…

The installation process is straightforward, and the connection is stable even on slower networks. I really appreciate the clear interface and the wide range of features, such as unattended access and file transfer, which are very helpful for daily work and remote support.

It works well for both personal and professional use, and the performance has been consistently good. Overall, it’s a great alternative to other remote desktop tools and definitely worth recommending.

Remote Utilities is similar to TeamViewer, but lighter and more flexible

Remote Utilities is similar to TeamViewer, but lighter and more flexible. It has many features rarely found in other applications, such as remote registry access, task management, and even terminal access. What I like most is that you can create your own server, making the connection more secure and independent of external internet access.

For daily use as IT support, this software is very helpful for remotely accessing staff PCs without having to visit the site in person.

Brilliant App and so easy to set up

Brilliant App and so easy to set up. Only being used on a personal, non commercial, local network for one device. Tried Microsoft Remote Desktop and other apps but these cannot be compared to how easy and straight forward Remote Utilities Viewer/Host ease of use.

Absolutely the best for personal or small bus use

Remote Utilities is absolutely the best remote access software for personal or small business use. I have used it on a daily basis for years, and it is extremely reliable. It is the only free software that I know of that includes remote printing capability. My life would be MUCH more difficult without Remote Utilities. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
