GABE, at Got Your Back has performed monthly updates for me a few times over the years I've had the GYB Contract for malware and security threat protection, AND Service of various issues in our Network. Gabe was especially patient this morning over a two period as we worked through a new Router and Modem installed by Spectrum Internet, Cable and Cell provider over the past month. GABE confirmed continuing issues focused on the WIFI instability and weak performance / interruptions. We reset the HP Printer on the network as Wireless from the Router and then struggled to get HP Smart to connect the printer, so that cell phone printing could be achieved. Gabe's patience was remarkable, and his grasp of what needed to happen was extremely helpful and reassuring. Thanks again GYB! The evaluative Review software Removia is another example of GYB's effort to reassure their customers of their privacy and protection. Much appreciated!
