My purchases from Rennaisance Jewels were the best purchases I have made in a while. I purchased a 1.5ct and 3ct pendant and am so glad I did! My wife loves them My initial purchase of the 1.5ct pendant was so beautiful and full of fire! Although lab grown, it was spectacular! It caught the light in ways even my wifes natural diamonds dont. And the 3ct was as expected much more spectacular! If you are looking for an inexpensive alternative, you have got to try a rennaisance diamond! The quality, the ease of ordering and the delivery service were white glove all the way!

Renaissance's tracking provided details on every step of the production of my wife's diamond pendant! They even reached out to confirm my address, production and shipping was surprisingly fast too. My wife really loves this beautiful pendant. I will be a definite return customer! I highly recommend Renaissance Jewel.

Ordering online made me a little nervous, because, I’m usually ordering without a representative. At Renaissance Jewel, they answered all my questions, as though I was right in front of them. With their assistance, I know I chose the right ring and I felt very comfortable doing so. I wanted a ring for myself. What a large selection they had.
There were engagement rings, wedding rings, anytime rings. I did have an issue the first month. When I told them about it, they immediately sent me a return, postage-paid label to send it back. I received it back in a timely manner and had to sign for it. I liked that. I have been in love with it, ever since I purchased it. I highly recommend Renaissance Jewel. They shipped within 24 hours of request and we received it the next day. The ring was packed in bubble wrap plus 2 shipping boxes, fully secured.

Ease of ordering and quality of service. Also ring was just as good looking as I had hoped.

I have not received my package. My Address is a residiential address and it shows as a commercial address. That is not correct. Please deliver my package I am here waiting for my Package.

Love the communication and being able to track order throughout process. Once shipped, it came reasonably quick. Whole process was a lot longer than i had anticipated? Hopefully its because the earrings where crafted in house and not because of them being shipped from China.

The earrings were made, and shipped very quickly. I had some confusion and was able to speak with someone over the phone to answer the specific questions I had.

The 925 is stamped in tiniest letters on the post of the earrings and I had to zoom way in to see it! The earrings themselves are gorgeous, and the diamonds are *beautiful*

I had a great experience with Renaissance. I designed an engagement ring and ordered it online. I received it a few weeks later, my fiancé loves it. The price was right. At a local jewelry store the ring would have cost twice as much. I would order again from Renaissance.
