They shipped within 24 hours of request and we received it the next day. The ring was packed in bubble wrap plus 2 shipping boxes, fully secured.

I have not received my package. My Address is a residiential address and it shows as a commercial address. That is not correct. Please deliver my package I am here waiting for my Package.

Love the communication and being able to track order throughout process. Once shipped, it came reasonably quick. Whole process was a lot longer than i had anticipated? Hopefully its because the earrings where crafted in house and not because of them being shipped from China.

The earrings were made, and shipped very quickly. I had some confusion and was able to speak with someone over the phone to answer the specific questions I had.

The 925 is stamped in tiniest letters on the post of the earrings and I had to zoom way in to see it! The earrings themselves are gorgeous, and the diamonds are *beautiful*

The ring is amazing. The time frame stated at check out and actual time is completely different it showed up 8 days after the latest time stated.

I had a great experience with Renaissance. I designed an engagement ring and ordered it online. I received it a few weeks later, my fiancé loves it. The price was right. At a local jewelry store the ring would have cost twice as much. I would order again from Renaissance.

Got my fiancé a blue sapphire ring for her something blue at our wedding. Ring came very fast and it’s so beautiful. She loves it. Excellent product and customer service.

Awesome experience. Beautiful ring.

Fantastic experience purchasing a ring. The stone selected looked even better in person than online and the setting quality was perfection. Shipping was great. My only gripe was it was packaged in such a way that I inadvertently damaged the gemology paperwork when unpacking it. Otherwise highly recommended.

It was very easy to choose just what i wanted with lots of options. The customer portal kept me up to speed and the timing was a bit better than stated. The ring is gorgeous!
