Another Lease through Renault Eurodrive
Always great customer service and support. Have done this many times and have been very happy with the cars I have leased and the ease of pick up and drop off.

I spent 2 1/2 hours last night . First it is not clear after filling in pick up/drop of
places/ dates and type car what to do next. Push " book now" and you have to start anew. Push "book now" top bar and nothing else happens. Someway or other I got in at last. Completing the rest is easy. First users definitely would not know to have their passports and credit card ready. Anyway I had to redo it several times, once because time had lapsed. The other times my payment was refused again and again. All credit card data were double checked but no success. The next day the payment was accepted and hence my booking.
But new problems arose. I had to scan my passport and Statutory declaration
and copy it to you. How would I know?
Auckland has our Statutory declaration on file. Can you use That?
All in all not an easy operation.

When leasing a vehicle there are many steps to cover as the vehicle is registered in your name.
For future bookings online, after the payment page you will be asked to upload your passport at the time of booking, or you can select “I’ll do this later” at the bottom of the page to add it at your convenience in the Review Your Booking section of our website.

Renault Eurodrive never a problem
I have been using Renault Eurodrive since 2007, that's 10 cars of various models each time for never less than 90days. The staff are friendly and efficient, nothing seems to be a problem. The vehicles are always clean and ready to go, very little time is spent with paper work at pickup or return.
I had to replace a new tyre which was covered under the insurance with the car, a refund of the cost of replacement happened a few days of arriving back in Sydney. The road service which is great, although a few language difficulties may occur, but sorted out quickly.
The cost of leasing is far less than hiring and you are more confident knowing the lease conditions concerning insurance covering the vehicle and the driver and passengers. No hidden charges.
My experience has been hassle free and would recommend Renault Eurodrive every time as a first rate organization to deal with.
