Very expensive. Can't see no difference apart from around my lips are dry . I will stick to my usual aldi and no7 boots .

Product is very good 👍 easy to follow and use . Very nice personalised container. 👏

I was been using the product and I didn’t see much difference to my skin. Also my face still quite dry and doesn’t look what I was expecting.I never received any Emails or support from the companie to ask how I am doing but they are happy to take the Money.
Not very impressed.

Signed up on 26th August and they took my money , never received any product despite numerous emails so I have just cancelled my subscription before it’s even started, god knows if I will actually ever receive any product ! . Only changed from skin and me as I believed renew and me would be more suited to 41 years old skin as it would have more targeted skincare ingredients however the product they were going to send had only tretinoin and nothing else included , the dosage was also much lower than I was on with skin and me . The fact they prescribed based on 1 front facing photo is also not good. Just to add to it all you can’t create a password and log into your account , you have to keep requesting an email link which normally arrives hours after you requested it ,just a terrible experience , I will try another company now . A shame as skin and me were great so not sure why renew and me is such a shambles !

I love the moisturiser 100% but because I joined up for it I never know when next one is posted out. It would be good if you drop an email as you can’t see inside the outer packaging & I have no way of knowing when it’s running out! It’s now run out & I have no more until it’s posted out again.

Skin is not as red, smoother and people comment on how clear it looks.

Really like my Renew product. The process was easy to follow, uploading a current photo and answering some questions about your skin.
I’ve been using mine now about 10 days and I can already see some difference

Ordering on line went well. Delivery was only a few days. I like the cream and dispenser as it gives you just the right amount. I have only recently started using it and its making a difference. I will be reordering.

I have been using this for 2 weeks now but I'm yet to see the results.

Ordered and arrived in a few days the product is well packaged, and my hair already feels better

It was easy and uncomplicated to complete my order delivery was swift and I’m finding the cream really helps already it’s a bit expensive to me but having said that that compared to some of the creams on the market that don’t work and are even more expensive at least this one actually works!

The questionnaire was okay, although I’m not sure it asks exactly the correct questions. Renew + me said it’d take about 12 weeks to see results, so I’m not sure why I’m being asked to review after only 2 weeks. I haven’t noticed any improvement in my skin, certainly not with the uneven skin tone patches, but it does feel more sensitive and tender - almost hot sometimes… can’t really see how that can be a positive thing.

Not been using the product for two months yet. But when I found it to be a bit harsh I got excellent and quick service sending a more gentle prescription which I’ve found to be much gentler on my skin.

I have only been using this product for about three weeks so I don’t think this is a long enough time to see results. I would be happy to do another review when I have used the product for a longer time.

Delivery in a timely manner. Measured doses. Subtle skin improvements two months in to treatment
