Excellent service

Excellent service. The guys fitting the heat pump were lovely explained everything as they were going along. Always on time always polite and really helpful. Everything has been done exactly as they said it would.

Their staff in the office, was great with communication with me about the installation of heat pumps and checked up afterwards to check that I was happy with the installation. She wasn’t coughing great with all communications. The team who did the install were faultless. Pre warning me about the “bad side” of having an air source heat pump and bulky rads! Yes they are ugly and cumbersome, but the results are amazing. I now have a warm and cosy home! They overcame problems and were efficient in their work and really friendly

Great Service

The engineer came to service the air sorce heat pump installation. I can honestly say I have never met a more considerate and helpful person. He introduced himself and fully explained the process, Throughout he explained everything and I learnt a lot more about how it all works. He even helped me with a problem I had with a transmitter and receiver on an electric radiator in my conservatory. Definiteley one of the best, please send him again.

RenewU were very amenable, understanding and willing to fit in with our schedules. They arrived on the day and time we agreed. The team gave us advice and reassurance when we asked, including about the placement and positioning of everything, and what would work best for us rather than simply making things easier for themselves. Their work was exemplary, cleaning up each day and everywhere they had to work. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Every stage of the process from first contact to invoice was very efficient and professional. After making initial contact with Callum, I was contacted by one of the team members and an appointment for the initial survey was made. They conducted the survey, explained everything that would need to happen and when it would occur. Every question was answered along the way. The technical survey was booked and occurred exactly on time, again everything was explained along the way. The customer support team confirmed the installation date and the day before the install team contacted me to double check a couple of points and estimated their arrival time, which they achieved within minutes! Install of the hardware was very quick, clearly very experienced guys. The install was done within the advised timeframe, overall a really impressive process. Actually 10 out of 10 would be fair for them.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Callum at RenewU enough. From the very beginning, they have been trustworthy, professional and incredibly efficient.
What has really stood out for us is the level of customer service and support. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and they’ve taken the time to explain everything properly and help us understand how the whole system works, which has made such a difference.
The whole team have been knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout. After dealing with quite a complicated renovation, having a company that communicates well, does what they say they’re going to do and actually supports you through the process has been such a breath of fresh air.

We had a new boiler fitted after our old one unexpectedly broke down. Callum was quick to respond and gave us clear pricing options. The boiler was fitted carefully with minimal fuss and the old recycled. The new boiler is a lot more efficient so our bills are lower. Top service - would fully recommend. Thanks!

Really paid attention to detail and did a great job on our heating system

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Our boiler broke down just before Christmas and they were so quick to help us, managing to fit us a brand-new boiler at such short notice.
We had an old boiler with a water cylinder, which they completely removed and cleared away, leaving everything looking brand new. The whole process was made so easy for us.
Because we were so impressed with the service, we contacted them again this summer about having air conditioning fitted at our business. Again, everything was supplied and fitted quickly and with no hassle.
