good product but take long time for shipping , since I ordered to ship day arrange about 1 month , I even though it was a scam , but since they ship my order , it only take 4 days to get to my door , so plus 1 more star for that

These shoes are amazing. I wear there everywhere. The only thing I would say is that the white ones get dirty easily and are not that easy to clean, but that can be solved by just changing the color, don't let that stop you from getting these shoes!

I LOVE these shoes so much. I have a chronic foot stank problem. Totally non existent in these! Idk how they do it! They really are water proof, and I just love them!!!

I love to give you 5* for quality and almost everything. However, the process for oversea delivery was annoying and costly. They kept emailing asking me to filling the forms for custom declaration which is never familiar to me. I struggled with it for over a week with nerve that my package could be declined. Plus, 3 months after i got the sneakers, bill of taxes followed. Got confused for a while before i knew what it is.

I live in Israel and wear sandals from March into November, but I don’t like wearing sandals in the rain! And when it’s cold and raining really hard, I am not happy about having to choose between wearing wet shoes or heavy rubber boots. I was very happy to discover RENs waterproof shoes. They are so comfortable! They are lightweight, so I don’t feel weighed down, and I don’t even need to wear socks or stockings with them. As a bonus they are made from recycled coffee (!) and recycled rubber. Highly recommended!

I really like Rens, the shoes are brilliant (I’ve bought a second pair and rarely wear anything else now), the packaging is cool and thoughtful, and so are the updates from the Rens team. Only watch out is that delivery can take some time, and depending on where you are you may need to pay tax before your parcel is released to you. Rens say so transparently, just make sure you’re not caught out by it.

Really comfy sneakers. I love them! They are unexpectedly warm so that I can where them even on colder days. And no more wet feet! It would have been 5 stars with a better tread. Walking in the snow felt a bit slippery. The fit is quite wide. I have slim feet though. But I had absolutely no problems walking in them. Now I’m used to the fit. New favourite sneakers so far. 👌🏼

The wrong shoes arrived in my order but as soon as I let them know, they shipped me the right shoes and never even asked me to send the first shoes back. Extremely good service.

I haven't use my other shoes since I bought those. Practical and confortable the only - would be on how to clean then, I need some pointers here 😅😜

Customer contact has been timely and good. First order took way too long, but since then it’s been great!

Ordered, they took the money and never got a information that the order has been shipped nor did they answer to my mails. Only got the order confirmation and my money was gone. I know Covid might cause trouble but you still need to inform your custumors or at least answer them ! Really bad....

Luckily I paid with paypal and got my money back but they didnt even reply to paypal....

Very well for the foot. Nice to walk with. Love it.

Fantastic concept of shoe - but after I ordered TWO pairs one in white the other in black, I waited a few weeks and never got an email about shipping or tracking information. So I wrote them for a status of my order and they told me that they were "now" sold out of my shoes and I'd have to wait 3 months...

So the shoes were in stock when I ordered them, but something went wrong and they never reached out to me about it. It's really awful customer support, and shady business practice. I hope another shoe company picks up on their concept, because I'd love to own a pair of shoes like this -- just not from this company.
