5 days before the due delivery date I received an email that the bed I had ordered a month before would not be delivered and they hoped it would not cause any inconvenience. The email was not signed off with a name or phone number. Don’t use them as they send you a contract you have to sign with personal information and then they don’t provide you with the goods. Terrible service.

What a terrible company. They called to tell me they had to update my quote to a smaller fridge and washer, but it'd be less money. Then when I asked to send over the changes to my email, they said yes. Then immediately called me again and said if I didn't give them my credit card right away, they would cancel on me. Sounds like I just saved myself from a scam!

We needed rental furniture for 2 months waiting on our container to arrive. David and Rentacenter crew were a lifesaver! They were professional from delivery to pickup, accommodating, and made the process easy from start to finish. Highly Recommend!

I hired an exercise bike from this company and was very satisfied with the quality and the service, from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

I would have given 5 stars, but the level of customer service received when enquiring about the pick up timing of the items we had rented, was nothing short of appalling. The man I spoke to was very aggressive and rude.

Quality bed hired and deliverd on time and very efficiently - definitely value for money. Bed was clean , new and I am told by my guests very comfortable .

Renta centa very easy to deal with. They are friendly and no hidden fees.
Prices are very reasonable. We just wanted a walking machine for 6 months. We ended up keeping for 9. On return they were very pleasant
They did not take extra payment. Just to my next month. They turned up on time very friendly and very good equipment. Highly recommended.

The equipment rented was not of good quality.
Original hire needed to be replaced- Renta Centre were quite helpful.
New equipment was just as bad- barely used it.

The agreed date for credit card transaction/debit was not adhered to.

Basic appliances, but good service that fits with your schedule.
