We used Rental Cover for our 1 week trip in Montenegro. We chose this online instead of the insurance provided by the rental company. Rental cover is more than 2 times cheaper. We had a few scratches while parking the car. Rental Cover reimbursed all the damage costs super quickly without any delay or issues. I highly recommend Rental Cover- the best I have used. Will use it again!

This Company were amazing when I had some accidental damage dome to a hire car in Croatia. The hire Company said I had done £1500 worth of damage to the car. I had took out a £25 extra insurance with RentalCover.com on booking.com and made the claim a few days after I got back to the UK. The online application was simple and they confirmed in 48 hours the claim was accepted and I had the full payment (no excess) into my account the next day. Highly recommend Company!!

We hired a 8seater van. Excellent price but rental company insurance negated the savings. RentalCover’s policy was great. Saved us some money. Unfortunatel, we met an accident. The claim took us some time but was promptly dealt with. We were happy with the service. Everything was online and no human interaction. Claim & payment was handled efficiently and promptly. I am & will use this service in the future. Fully recommended.

Price compared to what rental companies charge.
Difficulty with navigation as SMS code and email code come in at same time and it was not enough obvious to me that a code was sent to email.

It's a littlebit annoying to send all the data they need, but once done everything goes automatically end the feedback comes quiet fast

I've (luckily) not had to make a claim yet, but for price and ease of booking it is amazing! I've used them many times now and definitely will again in future.

Worked like a charm. Its important to collect all the paperwork from the car rental company, once I got those (biggest hick up), the rental cover walked me through the process and reacted very quickly!
