Booked a car in Bolonga airport for collection at 9pm. Arrived at the desk at 5 minutes to 9 and it was closed. Have to rent from another company as noone would answer the phone when I tried to ring. Never got a refund or anything else. Not even an apology. Shocking behaviour. Do not book with these people.

Good service and average location
The location is separate than the other main auto rental businesses at Florence airport so you have to call them upon arrival as there is a different shuttle. The car was dusty outside but a newer model and clean inside. Service was prompt.

Everything was great overall
Everything was great overall. The only minor issue was that we had to wait a bit when picking up the car because their counter in Parking Lot 3 was closed. However, we contacted them via the WhatsApp number provided, and they promptly came to meet us.
The staff was friendly and courteous, and we received the exact car we had booked. On the last day, we returned the car at the address they provided, and they kindly gave us a ride to the airport.
You can reach out to them through WhatsApp for any questions or to inform them of your arrival time—they respond very quickly.
Thank you for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I rented a car in Prague, everything was fine if it weren't for the rudeness of the staff PARKING BUILDING C, really rude, it was a burden for them to give you information when get and returning the car, they don't listen to you or answer you rudely, they don't help you, really terrible experience. Then the car alla good the space to return the fotograph system excellent. But staff must be checked

Deposit scam
On behalf of my 81 year old father:
Good experience with the car, pickup and return, no problem.
Only issue was confusion of deposit of €500,-
I got a reciept that I had paid the deposit, but I didn't get it back upon return of car. I turns out payment was not a real payment, but only a reservation on my account, therefore no money transfer. This, I did not understand until this reply from rentalplus

Be alert! Scammy rental
This company was recommended to me by other people but turned out to be very scammy. I rented a car with very discounted prices during Black Friday for the Christmas period and it became such a nightmare. First thing, they charged me 16 euros for the cleaning and I said ok but what other agency does that? Then, the car smelled of smoke so badly, which means they charged people and they do not clean. But last, which is the real negative here, they are charging me 800 euros for some damage depending on existing damage. They tell you to contact their customer service but they never answer. I spent my Christmas Eve calling road assistance to find out my car was not insured. As soon as I mentioned this, they all became very responsive and helped me. They offered me road assistance and a refund for my trip back to Rome. Too bad I believed it because my card was charged. They even bothered to send me an invoice, so I had to beg them. Very badly. Never again. I am currently following up with my credit card bank since they are not to be found and do not give you an answer.

220 EUR extra charge for taking some basic trash from the car
The car rental cost for 6 days was 60 EUR. The first surprise was at the rental desk when they asked if I want to buy the car washing service for 16 EUR. Otherwise I should take the car to carwash myself. I have never experienced that I should pay for the car wash separately. Well, 16 EUR was not much so I said ok. The bigger shock was that after the car return I noticed that they had charged my credit card with 220 EUR. When trying to find out why, they answered that I had left some empty water bottles and candywraps to the car. I have always left some trash to the car rental cars as they are going to cleaning process anyway. 220 EUR!!! When trying to ask for clarification, their customer service simply stopped responding to my messages. Never use this rental company!

I rent a car in Rome Fiumincio Airport.
When I went to return the car, they told me it's not clear. But there is only some dust on the rear bumper, it happens when raining. They charged me 50 euros for this.
What a shame!

Excellent customer experience in Bologna.
Rented a SUV size car in Bologna airport from 26 Dec - 4 Jan 2025.
Customer service agent was very polite explained the whole condition of the car and that there were a few marks on it and I should inspect and advise via whatsapp on a phone number that was provided in case any damage wasn't already indicated.
I rent cars typically every 2-3 months around the world for anything from a long weekend to 2-3 weeks at a time, and Rental Plus has provided as much professionalism as all the other big brands.
I ALWAYS check the vehicle prior to leaving the airport\car rental location, in addition I ALWAYS make sure I take pictures as well as videos of the car at collection as well as drop off.

Horrible experience.
At pickup in Rome was not given the economy car booked for a 3500 km. journey but given a larger Citreon. Garbage and debris in car, check engine and low adblue lights on, no response except, "sorry". While the large car was parked in a Montpellier underground it received a 1 inch scuff phantom damage.Upon return was charged 330 euros plus 50 euros "admin" fee plus tax. I asked for autobody repair receipt but was ignored. I asked if it was company policy or was I being punished for complaining at pick-up.No response. I Have rented 6 cars in Europe in the last 8 years. Worst experience by far.

They are a thieves and scam! Do not trust these shitty people! They charged me without any notice 430 euros from my card, took money after we finished renting the car. I sent many emails asking why they took my money from the card they saved in their stupid system. They also do not answer the stupid fake phone they have. I will sue them! Do not trust. Worst car rental, worst people ever !

Worst company ever! They didn’t give us the booked car and threw us out with a 5month old baby in the cold. Plus that, we lost our money and as an alternative, they offered us a new car for only 800€. Never again!

This is no way to do business
I went on 6th December to pick up a car at Rentalplus Brindisi airport. The two rental agents were very dismissive. I even had to ask them to give me the document to mark already existing damages on the car. They were acting impatient and for no apparent reason disappeared in their office instead of walking with me around the car to ensure all existing damage is noted on the form. I was inspecting the car alone and each time asking them to come and mark the damage on the form.
As soon as I drove away with the car, I noticed that the air pressure on the tires were very low.
Today on 27th December when I returned the car, the agent accused me of having caused the pre-existing scratch on the aluminum rims.
RentalPlus is not only irresponsible by not checking the safety features of the car, but for also making me pay for the already existing damage.
