Fast pickup and fast return.
We were generally very satisfied with our car rental experience. Fast pickup and fast return. Unfortunately, the car wouldn't start after a quite long ride, which was an inconvenience. However, the rental provider was responsive. They came to fix the problem and, promptly supplied us with a replacement vehicle. I'm rating it 4 out of 5 stars due to the car issue.

The car was horrendous
The car was horrendous. The windshield was broken, the promised navigation never even worked, the windshield wipers dragged out the water instead of removing making it even more dangerous and there was no radio.
