immature handling of work
The work was done too slowly and the car was supposed to be diesel fuel but they told me to use gasoline, which almost caused a big problem.

Bad customer support
I previously sent a claim by email requesting a refund for a valid reason, but your customer service has not resolved the issue.
I only received a template reply, so I followed up to request an actual solution. However, I have not received any further response.
I also sent another email with a more detailed explanation of the problem last week, but still received no reply.
Could you please let me know when I can expect a proper response to my claim?

Keep away from this fraudulent company
Keep away from this fraudulent company. You pay them but they don’t pay the rental company, and the rental company then charges you again.
It has been a long battle to get a refund and they are just not interested in helping at all.
I rented a car with Avis through RentingCarz, and paid online. I received an email confirmation and the pre paid voucher.
On my arrival at Avis counter, I showed them the reservation and pre paid voucher, and they only placed a holing charge on my credit card (as they are supposed to, for the deposit), which should be released once I return the car in good condition.
All went well, they released the hold but charged the rental fee (already paid to RentingCarz).
I contacted Avis and they told me that RentingCarz did not pay them, so they charged me. I contacted RentingCarz and they told Avis should use their pre paid voucher, and asked me to contact Avis.
After more than a month, many emails and international phone calls, and being played by both companies, RentingCarz decided to partially refund me. I am trying to raise a formal complaint with the company but they just ignore my emails.
Be aware of this scammer company.
DESPITE THEIR COMMENT BELLOW, they only gave me a partial refund, I am still trying to get it money back... how frustrating!

Scammy Policies and Zero Transparency – Beware!
I strongly advise against booking through RentingCarz.com. Their business model relies on unclear policies and hidden small print that only show up after you’ve already paid.
I booked a car and tried to cancel immediately, only to find out they keep 20% of your reservation no matter what. This is nowhere clearly stated at the moment of purchase. You only discover it later, buried in the fine print of the voucher they send after they’ve already charged your card. That alone says everything about how this company operates.
I canceled because the prepaid voucher didn’t even confirm that the rental was fully paid, which strongly suggests you’ll be charged again at pickup — and who knows how much! A company that can’t clearly state what you’re actually paying for is not one you should trust with your travel plans or your money.
There are not enough honest reviews warning people about this company, so I’m simply stating the facts to help others avoid the trouble I went through. What looks like a great deal ends up being a trap: non-transparent terms, unclear charges, and a guaranteed loss of money even when no service is provided.
There are plenty of reputable rental car platforms out there — RentingCarz is NOT one of them. You’ve been warned.

0. I have been waiting on a deposit back. I paid 500 dls as deposit, 1 month and still not back on my account. Súper hard to find support as there is no number to call. They don’t answer emails, they don’t care. Don’t use this. Go to another company.
