Highly appreciated for William and Max to resolve the underfloor heating system effectively in recent freezing night (out of office hour).
William, Terry, Sharleen and their team also helped my family to complete all those complicated procedures and move in the flat quickly. Highly recommend to friends who will immigrate from Hong Kong.

Shannon was and is an absolute STAR, she was very friendly/helpful I got lost and she came out to direct me to where the flat was actually situated, she checked in with me throughout the whole process l really felt supported throughout the whole process

I was worried about noise pollution from outside and she said she was happy to wait for the next train to come just so that I felt comfortable with the sound that would be coming in - I really really appreciated her patience with me as I’ve found other companies to be very pushy however she really took her time so I am so thankful for that!

Fathy was an absolute pleasure - such a bubbly and kindhearted man, he wished me many blessings upon my arrival to collect my keys/new chapter of my life and took me through the whole flat and we went through any imperfections and made a note of it, he also talked me through the water system and how to use it making sure I was comfortable and stressed if I have any concerns I should contact them immediately

This is literally the most unreliable agency I’ve ever contact with and time wasters are their real name.
So avoid of this agency if your Time is valuable.

My apts in London is managed by rentlondonflat.com . Sharon Yow is in charged. Their service includes taking over inspection, leasing , rent collection and payments of fees. As foreigner, I do not need to fly there to attend to any handing over and furnishings of the unit. They have many teams ( leasing and maintenance) in different area in London. I have no worries of maintenance of the units and continuity of the leases. Recently ,my Harrow unit was leased at higher rent by 6.7% by Shannon Taberman

All the staff here are nice, they can respond to your questions in a quick way. When I move out of the house, one of the staff(Fathy) come to check everything is alright. It's really nice renting experience

My friend and I booked a viewing with one of the agents for a flat in London about a month ago. Firstly, the agent was late (only by 10 minutes, and I know that happens to us all) but still. She also wasn't very talkative/friendly and didn't make much of an effort to engage with us and only really seemed to engage if we directly asked her questions. I don't know whether she was going through something personal or was having a bad morning which I know happens to everyone but even still, when you are in that business, you still need to make an effort to at least say hello to your potential clients.

My friend and I absolutely loved the flat and made it very obvious that we were extremely interested and ready to make an offer that day. The friend that I was moving in with had a small dog, and we asked if it would be accepted by the landlord (we had asked before booking in the viewing and they originally said they thought it would be ok, but we wanted to be sure and double-check just in case). We asked her if it would be possible to find out that day if the dog was definitely allowed and she asked us to contact the women who had booked our viewing.

We tried to call the woman but there was no answer. So we left a voicemail, sent a Whatsapp message and an email asking about it. 24 hours later we still hadn't heard anything. We tried to contact both her and the women who had shown us the flat via calls, Whatsapp messages, emails, leaving a note with the office etc., but we still got no response. We decided to try and put in an offer anyway and hope for the best.

The next week, 3 days after we had put in the offer, we still had not heard a thing. We continuously tried to call/send messages and emails and never heard anything back. We did this for a few days without any success. We eventually sent an email asking for an update and explaining that if we didn't hear anything very soon, we would have no choice but to go elsewhere. Even after all this, we still didn't hear back and eventually, we felt like we had no choice but to admit defeat. We never heard anything from them again, they literally ghosted us.

The only time we heard from them again was a few weeks later when my friend came on to Trustpilot to leave them a poor review, and they decided to contact her about it. They did apologise and offer the flat, however, instead of admitting they were in the wrong, they tried to blame it on a "tech issue" claiming they had never seen our offer online and repeatedly asked her to take her review down. Even if there had been a technical glitch which meant for some reason they could not see our offer, that does not excuse them for repeatedly ignoring us trying to get in contact with them. I know how annoying it can be when clients harass you, but how else we were supposed to get an answer from them when they just ghosted us?!

The whole ordeal was extremely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. This was literally our dream flat which we lost out on all because for whatever reason they decided not to reply to our messages.

I don't know how they have so many good reviews. I would assume that a lot of them are fake and they somehow manage to convince people to take the negative ones down (like they tried to convince my friend to do).

My advice would be to avoid. They do not seem professional or trustworthy and are just a complete waste of time and effort. I feel like we actually dodged a bullet by not getting the flat as having to deal with them for a year contract would have been awful.

I viewed a flat with one of the agents and fell in love with the place. I told them we would be putting an offer in that day. When we tried to later on, we didn’t get a response to any messages or voicemails.
We wait another day and start to try again. Still no response. 7 voicemails, 3 emails, 5 texts and 6 days later and absolutely nothing.
It was so unprofessional and childish to not even respond to two people who were be clearly interested in taking the property. We would of at least appreciated an email or conversation to say that we were not suitable candidates or that someone else had gotten the property (although it was still on the market 3 weeks later).
Not the first people to have had this experience with this company so just beware that you could very possibly be wasting your time with them.

RentLondonFlat team is very professional and accomodating. I was renting a great apartment through them at LCI and Frankie was very helpful from the original inquiry and signing a rent agreement all the way to the checkout 2 years later. Fathy and Putra helped me to arrange the checkout and made it easy as I was on a very tight schedule.

I have rented a flat via this company. The staff are nice, helpful and professional. The price is reasonable.

I had booked a time with one of the colleagues to view a property. They didn't show up to the appointment, they didn't respond when trying to call them. They text me 3 hours later if I'm still interested in the property. Very unprofessional. Completely waste of time. It took me 1:30hr to go and view the property to have them not show up at all.
