The flat I rented from rentlondonflat is a very nice one for living. I enjoyed this experience. Especially, I want to thank Frankie for his help. He is always on quick response to my questions and problems. Considerate staff and good customer service!

I have been working with RentLondonFlat for almost two years now and am very happy with the progress. When there have been issues we have always been able to resolve them and get a good outcome.

RentLondonFlat is supported by a great team and innovative use of technology. Most importantly I feel they have a great deal of integrity and that shines through in their customer service.

Had a great experience with RentLondonFlat. It is really helpful but does need improvement in communication efficiency.

We have just moved into our new flat and so far the experience has been great. There were a few things that weren't done before the move but they have been very responsive and fixed them very quickly.
Everyone has been very helpful. We had contact with William, Frankie and AJ.

I'm editing the original review (from August 2018) to add this since there is no other way to reply to RLF's comment in this review.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to write your reply. I would like to note, however, that you only reply in fact to the first of the four different points that I refer to in my original review.

I appreciate that you are a small company, but I feel your answer is a bit misleading, since you say that the "The check-in was requested on an urgent, short-term basis as soon as the property became available." when indeed we booked the flat with you circa 2 months before the beginning of our contract.

Finally, yes, the case has been reviewed by TPO (an option we used after 4 months of attempting to get in touch with you and having no response at all) but please make sure you know who is indeed involved in the complaint with the TPO before replying to the reviews...

Do yourself a favor and run away if you haven’t signed your tenancy agreement with rentlondonflat yet...

I wish more real reviews had been published by the time I rent a flat with them. Unfortunately, all I found back then was all the fake reviews they have both here and in google.

Will give you a couple of examples of what our tenancy has looked like:

- we rented a furnished flat and got a call from Frankie 24h prior to the check in date to ask if we were ok altering the contract and renting an unfurnished apartment instead 😂 of course we said not and ended up living in a completely unfurnished house for two weeks until they were able to arrange delivery of furniture.

- we soon realized why they probably didn’t want to give us a furnished flat in spite of our contract. They were selling the flat and of course buying furniture wasn’t worth for them...our 12-month contract started on the 5th September and visits from prospective buyers started at the beginning of December. We were forced to let them show the flat sometimes even twice in a week.

- flat was finally sold in April. Of course they had to wait until September to kick us out. However, AJ (our “agent”) stopped replying to our messages after the property was sold, and left us without any kind of support or management of the property (and when I say any I mean absolutely any)

- since this happened after they had sold the house and didn’t need us to be nice with them anymore, the failed to provide reference twice (both for us and our housemates) when the agencies each part was using to rent a new house requested them (keep in mind this can turn out to be a serious problem unless you have a guarantoor or the money to pay several months in advance since you won’t pass the screening without references from previous agents)

That’s not all at all but I think you can get an idea of what to expect from this company...

RentLondonFlat really has changed how I want to let an apartment. All of the important admin is online, hassle-free - important for landlords. But they have the people touch where it matters, plus I find they match quality of property to tenants very well.

Smooth, swift and effortless! Did not break a sweat.

We moved into our new flat very quickly and efficiently with the help and assistance of Shannon from rentlondonflat.com. She was absolutely fantastic from the first day ...reassuring us..making our life that much more simple..as our last experience with another estate agent was awful! So Shannon made it so smooth for us. Everything from her end was planned well and then executed. We always felt like we were in safe and reliable hands! Reliable i mean as in...when id need her at anytime in the day or evening...she would always take my call...and still does! Thats what i call a fab employee! A total asset to the company for sure.

So overall we were very grateful we had someone so competent dealing with us and helping us move in.
So a huge thank you to this lovely young lady whose manner and enthusiasm is just incomparable.

I would absolutely highly recommend Shannon from rentlondonflat as we had a great experience moving in...and settling in our new home..which we love!

Just hope that you guys are all lucky enough to have her deal with u too!

Her communication was first class as well as her professionalism and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was also very flexible in making time show me the flat.

If I could give zero stars I would. It all started back in September when we moved in ... less than 24 hours to us getting the keys we got a call asking us to postpone a few days whilst we waited for the furniture. Unable to postpone due to where we lived we had to go to the flat (they also lied to us about why the furniture wasn’t in and we had paid extra for the flat to be furnished). Long story short 10 days later we finally had our furniture although the kitchen table took around 2 months to arrive. I decided not to write on here as these things happen and hoped it would get better.

We have had problems which when raised we have been told to ‘fill in a form online’ and we have never heard anything back. We have rung multiple times over the past 6 months when we have had problems with no answer.

I am totally unsure how there are so many 5 star reviews for them! Frankie and AJ (Not actually sure who we’re meant to report to) have both been unresponsive and quite frankly quite rude when communicating. Even when going through the process I had a bad feeling about this company and it’s only because I was desperate and someone else was doing most of the communicating at the start that I went with them! Totally do not recommend.

Just moved in to our new apartment in London with the help of RentLondonFlat.com! Great service from start to finish. Frankie Chong was very helpful throughout the whole process, always available to help with any questions or issues!

Rent London flat have been very odd with their management of our flat. They asked us to renew our contract after a year and since have been managing our request very very badly and not sorting issues for a long long time. Beware as they use typical bad agency practices. This review is pending update on the current case which is handled by Rentlondonflat.
