Just had a 10 day holiday in Turkey and used the portable WiFi. There was a little confusion with delivery of the device to the hotel, but customer service via 24hr WhatsApp was amazing and sorted the issue very quickly and were always available if we had any issues. Great little device which saved us a fortune as we were constantly connected to WiFi 👍🏼 worked on all 5 devices and an iPad. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent customer services. They go above and beyond for their customers needs. They made my travel plans very smooth by providing a free eSIM card through the whole length of vacation in Turkey. They made sure any issue we had got resolved. Thanks RentandConnect.

Portable WiFi was a great thing to have. Connection is great. Delivery was on time. For drop off we just left it at the reception and they arranged it from there. Customer service is awesome, always fast to reply and help through WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend. And for sure will use this service again on our next trip. Thank you so much

Excellent support

WiFi box was waiting at hotel reception when we arrived worked perfect all week left at hotel reception when we left. Cheaper than paying roaming fees for 4 phones and 4 tablets 👍👍

Good delivery service, kindly contact by whatsapp along the jounrey, always ready to help. The device worked correctly the most of the time. It got desconnected few times, but could connect again in few minutes. Happy with the experience

It is a great experience overall, since the beginning of using your service. I have to say though that the last trip to turkey was below expectations : the connection was slow. I had to contact customer support every other day to report it.

Easy and flexible

Well all was going well, booked before I got to Istanbul and when I arrived tried to connect thing was broken then tried the e sim details wouldn’t work asked for refund and still waiting ive screen shot all correspondence to put on here if i can work it out

The pocket wifi has been the perfect tool for holiday' successful.

Battery was very durable and kept us connected all the time.

The responsiveness was impressive whilst I had many questions in installing and using eSIM as it was the first experience for me.

I just used this service to travel in the UK. I was very satisfied with the service as it worked perfectly throughout my trip. I would definitely use the service again specially if it's available in other countries.

I have been dealing with them for about 5 years now, their prices are cheaper than activating any STC package, especially if you enter a discount code. Their customer service is more than excellent, they interact with you carefully to solve any problem that occurs in the network. There are no negatives to mention, only the network fluctuations sometimes, and I think that it is beyond their control and a malfunction that occurs to all telecom companies. For your information, the countries I used it in are Turkey and Thailand. Thailand had many network malfunctions and they always solve them. I hope they pay attention to this point only. I wish them the world.💚❤️🤲🏻
I just hope they activate the device delivery service from Khalid Airport when we return, as their delivery office in Riyadh is very, very far away.🙏🏻💚

This is my second time of availing services of wifi device from this company and I have recommended to number of people in my circle . For the first I opt for my Turkey trip . We were a group of 4 people using this device & experienced excellent services without any interruption . Recently I availed their services for my Europe trip of Barcelona , Venice & Frankfurt . Must say that I am impressed with their customer services . In case of any disruption in services they reply back in no time . And keep in touch with you till the issue is resolved . And cherry on top one doesn’t go to pick the device , it is delivered at your given address prior to your arrival time as instructed. Keep rocking with your excellent services.
