I asked Rentokil to deal with my damp proofing as I know they are a trustworthy company and they did not disappoint. They were professional from start to finish. Salax the surveyor was polite, thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and was readily available for any questions I had. Mia was also very helpful and kept me up to date and there was no pressure for the work to be done as I had problems finding a builder. Daniel the plasterer done a great job, he was professional, cleared everything away when he was finished and respected my property. I was very pleased with the work carried out and would not hesitate to use this company again if I need to.

I had woodworm treated, and a small amount of exterior damp treatment was carried out. At every stage of my contact with Rentokil, their staff were polite, friendly, responsive, and informative. They seemed very thorough, and their timekeeping was excellent.
The clearing up was perhaps slightly less high standard.

Isaac came and did a very thorough survey for woodworm. He confirmed it in the garage where we suspected it and then went above and beyond by searching the loft space as well. Lovely guy; explained everything. Matt came and treated the timbers thoroughly; again, great guy, good information given. Both were on time, worked efficiently and cleanly and gave clear instructions about the treatment.

Great communication and project planning from Jaden, excellent contractors to do the job, incuding James, who was so kind, and talked me through the job thouroughly, he was also very trustworthy and I was very happy to leave him in my house whilst at work. The same goes for Roman who carried out installation of vents, again very thorough and genuinely cared about doing a good job. The plasterer (who's name I didn't get) was also fantastic. Such a great team, and company, highly recommended!

Tom and Mat were friendly but very professional, punctual and reliable.

It took rather a long time for the initial survey report to be sent to me but other than that everything was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Lee and Olly who carried out the work were excellent

I required insurance backed treatment to be carried out urgently upon a few suspect (might have been a long dormant invasion) roof timbers in our flat roof detached garage, but because the job was small and we live in an out of the way location, no-one except Rentokil was willing to inspect/treat the infestation. A Rentokil surveyor attended very quickly and exactly as agreed, produced a survey report overnight, and the work was completed in a very satisfactory manner within a week. The guarantee and insurance backing arrangements were sent within days of the work being done. Outstanding service despite the job being too small and remote for other companies to consider.

The woodworm survey by Llloyd Jones was carried out quicky and thoroughly with lots of useful advice and suggestions as to the appropriate course of action. The treatment carried out by James Firth was also very efficient, again with lots of very useful advice and helpful suggestions. James also spotted another, unrelated problem and brought this to our attention.

Rentokil recently completed some damp proofing for me. I found them to be professional, reliable and straight forward to deal with from start to finish.The call centre staff are polite and efficient and the surveyor produced a very thorough report. The technician who undertook the work took great care to keep the surrounding area clean and dust free and finished the job to a very high standard. The guarantee for the work arrived very promptly without me having to chase it. In short this company did everything it said it would.

We went with Rentokil because we felt we could trust an established name (we had previously had a free damp survey with another company which we felt was an expensive snake-oil operation). Pav and Momchil were thorough and professional, going above expectations. They answered every question and produced a detailed report that was in our best interests. As a result, Rentokil will be our first call for any future issues.

Your man arrived as expected. The job was completed as promised. There was little mess and he offered to deal with this, but as I was about to clean other nearby areas I did it. However, he was very helpful in getting things straight. Could not have expected anything better.

Sam Comer was very good at his job. He explained every thing in detail and aloud us to ask questions and told us what would happen next. We recommend Sam to any Rentokil customer again Sam many thanks.

Property care south west. We had a survey with Toby. He was superb. Answered all my questions even when I text him. We had damp and I booked the work in with the office and Jim turned up on time. He was very knowledgable and answered all my queries. He was also a pleasure to have in our house and I could trust him with my house keys so I could go to work and not worry. Jim was tidy and the finished work was excellent. Very impressed from start to finish. RENTOKIL may be a bit more expensive but you pay for what you get. Well worth every penny. We will definitely recommend RENTOKIL Property services to our friends and family. Thank you.

Excellent service, very helpful from the first call the customer service was excellent and went above and beyond to solve our problem and schedule an appointment. The surveyor Sam was of the same high quality of customer service as the agent on the phone, he was thorough, gave great explanation as to what the problem was (not what we thought) and how to solve it, which didn't need the services of Rentokil. This was followed up by a detailed report. Nice to deal with a company that genuinely has the customer satisfaction as a priority. Thank you!!

John who came to perform the work on the property was fantastic, and extremely helpful when it come to any additional questions around the work.
