Never pay a penny to rentola

These people are scammers.They are gonna make to hard for you to cancel subscription after signing you up for a useless website.Never pay a penny to them.Even after you manage to unsubscribe after a hassle they will still ask you to pay more and scam your email

Biggest waste of money

Biggest waste of money, registered with 1 euro for the trial then apparently they have written in a very fine line that you will renew for 39 euro, and when I emailed them for a refund as soon as it auto renewed they blamed me for not reading the terms of service.. such a scam and the service is very useless

Cancelled subscription due payment

I had subscription for rentola when i was looking for a home and then when i cancelled it, it was the day i should pay for it so they were sending me email for a due payment but after i contacted they customer service they helped me solve the issue abd they did so quickly.

Scammed me will scam you

I registered to (€1 fee) trail subscription, even though i cancel it before 7 days and receive an cancellation confirmation email as well, they send me a receipt of 39 euro. I have email them with screenshot as well but they did not respond So it is a scam do not subscribed to them.

One of the worst rental sites around

There is a list of things that arent right with this company, first of all, the specifics of the appartments/rooms they offer are incredibly vague and therefore time consuming to get through. Next is the paywall that is necessary to get in touch with "landlords". Once you get a trial subscription for a week, you cant cancel before 24hrs, because "policy". They deducted 40euros right after the first 7 days, couldnt cancel on between. Could only cancel right after the money was out of my account. Lastly, the landlords dont reply whatsover, which makes the hassle of finding homes even more tedious. Looking for homes for the right price is a long and exhausting process is certain cities, but this website makes it even harder. Dont use this site, if you actually want to find a nice place and not get scammed out of 40euros.

Double subscription

I had a problem with the double subscription, even did not notice that and i was charged from 2 different my bank accounts for no subscription (i thought though). So i decided to reach rentola customer service. One of the guys named Abhinav (if i am not mistaken) was truly polite and helpful, even though i was not polite with my first email to them, because simply i didn’t understand what they are charging me for and i was a bit angry.
He patiently explained me TWICE what was the problem, notified he have cancelled all my subscriptions and i will not be charged anymore till i subscribe back again. This kind of service i adore. Even i was rude (my apologies to him) he did his job just perfect. Really appreciate it. Well done. And thank you!

Scammers, If you viewed the details property for £1 you are trapped in fake subscription of £35 per month.

After seeing the review I have lost faith in truspilot, it filled with bots.

Run away the scammers and protect your money. Report to CMA or Resolver immediately.

Wanted to contact a landlord but had to…

Wanted to contact a landlord but had to pay a £1 fee which then needed cancelling if you didn’t want to be charged £35 a month. Went to cancel the next day but said had to be 24 hours. Was all very dodgy and unfortunately forgot after the 24 hours and was charged the £35. Tried to get a refund as a gesture of goodwill but was refused. Dont touch this company with a barge pole definite scam!!!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do not fall for the £1 trick to get direct contact with landlords. This site is sneaky and will continue to secretly attempt to take £35 out of my bank account. When I saw this I was furious there is no mention of any extra fees. AND to also mention most of these properties on this site are not for sale, I tried contacting and calling the links it took me to and they said this site is a scam
