Took money from my card
Took money from my card despite being told not to for 2 months.
Without me resubscribing they started resending alerts and resubscribed and trying to take payments again but luckily changed my card since.
Be very wary of these.

Fast and straight forward sign up, got lots of updates following the sign up with flats and apartments that I was interested in, also in my process range too. The team are so helpful and will assist in anything you throw at them. Had a viewing with one flat that was very nice inside and couldn’t fault the staff who was showing me round too

Helped with refunding subscription

I’ve made a payment for a £1 and unknowingly a a payment for £35 has come out my account ,I’ve contacted you by email and tried to call which has redirected me to email and the email also isn’t going through, if there’s anyway I could get in contact to dispute the payment would be much appreciated .
