Smooth and simple renting experience

Paid a £1 to view a property, it was 4day trial and then got automatically signed up to a membership which i did not agree on. reach out to them directly at support email and still nothing

Amazing system and customer service
I recently used Rentumo as a comprehensive tool to help with my property search. The platform is excellent for streamlining the rental home search because it aggregates listings from numerous sources and provides real-time alerts, which is critical in a fast-moving rental market. This saved me a huge amount of time compared to checking multiple sites manually.
Beyond the useful platform, the customer service I received was exceptional. I had a unique issue with my subscription cancellation timing, and Sarah (and her supervisor) went the extra mile to process an exception for a refund.
