More than aesthetician!!

Amelia, my aesthetician, keenly listened to my concerns and also aims. I have been going through quite turbulent times so wanted to check if the current routine I have been following really made sense. Amelia was not only amazing to chat with but extremely knowledgeable also about the impacts that diet and other underlying health conditions leave on our body. I cannot recommend highly enough Renude, and hope to continue my journey to healthier skin with them!

The consultation was really thoughtful and thorough - the advice personalised and expert. Not 100% sure the product recommendations were quite right, but will give it a bit more time to see.

Very reassuring consultants!

The aesthetician, Amelia, was super welcoming and comforting during my first consultation. She went through my whole routine, and went through where I was going wrong with my skincare and looking at what was triggering my flare ups. It is so nice to have someone guide you through the process, a helping hand all the way.

My products have just arrived and I can't wait to start using them - I love that they've been recommended to me by a specialist based exactly on what my skin needs, and from a range of great brands. My package arrived so fast as well and the website has been super easy to use, with lots of detail on how the products will help me - 10/10! :)

Fixed my acne, great value for money

I used to be very conscious of my face and breakouts. It bothered me a bit in day-to-day life, but when I started my career, that's where the insecurity really surfaced.

There is almost an expectation that you as a woman have to look your best for any client meetings and that implies clean skin, no redness, no spots.

I have never been a fan of makeup and knew close to nothing about skincare dos and don'ts, so all I did was worry and try random products.

When I gave Renude a try (I just came across them on Google), I immediately started seeing a difference. I learned what I needed from the cosmetologist and didn't have to dip into my savings to afford it. It actually saved me a bunch of money because I stopped buying random brands and wasting money.

Massive thanks to the founders and the team!

Knowledgeable and approachable skincare expertise

My consultant Shireen put together a bespoke skincare plan for me and has been great at responding to the changes in my skin. She's extremely knowledgeable and lovely to chat with! After the initial video call, I had a few additional questions about products and application and she was quick and helpful to respond by message. She's encouraged me to follow up with photos and updates before the next 6 week video call so I feel totally supported in my new skincare regime.

Started my ‘renude journey’ 6/7 weeks…

Started my ‘renude journey’ 6/7 weeks ago and my skin has never been better. I’ve always had a routine with my skincare but never, until now, used the products renude recommended.

Initial consultation was great with Amelia & looking forward to my follow up appointment in a weeks time.

I’ve had x2 deliveries of products from renude & they have both arrived within 48 hours of ordering them!

My routine was available to view the same day as my initial consultation, although detailed it’s very easy to follow.

I’d recommend renude to anybody looking for a no nonsense approach to improving their skin!

5* all round.

Clear skin at your fingertips

I have been using Renude since October 2022. The service has been great from the initial video consultation to the 6 weeks check ups. My skin consultations have been completed by Shirin, she is very attentive to my skin needs and well as skin desires, she always provides great advice and is very accommodating to my needs. My skin has never been better. 100% recommend Renude and Shirin

Really really disappointed

Really really disappointed in you Renude! I have waited for 30 minutes for my appointment today and my dermatologist was a no show!
I was so excited to continue with my skin journey after a very positive initial consultation but I can NOT use your company anymore! This is the 3rd time something has occurred 'wrong' now and I'm tired of your excuses! You have just lost a customer because of your poor service!

I was very happy with the consultation and skincare recommendations however, since then the aftercare has been non existent. I sent texts and emails with no response.
