Their customer service was exceptional. I had forgotten about the chat for a bit as I got pulled into work, but once I came back, they were very quick to respond. Very friendly!
Non-existent customer support
Non-existent customer support. Tried to record to SD cards inside the camera. Couldnt format SD card, couldnt write to the SD card if I format on a PC. Tried 3 brands and three sizes 256MB max. Subscribed to the cloud to record there. Paid for the subscription and tried to "bind" the cameras to the cloud, but from within the app where the devices show up, when going to add to the subscription, the cloud says no devices to add. These are the newest cameras and listed as compatible. I wa sbale to get a 1TB SD card into the Home mini hub and it is showing all events that occur, but only about 70% of those evetns ahve a readable recording. I have tried to contact support via email as they dont publish a phone number and twice there has been zero responses. I would stay away.

I also hope they will take into consideration the requests I made as a user, such as the recordings button and the settings button in horizontal view (I always have to switch to vertical, and it's very uncomfortable while switching back and forth from apps)

I was having a lot of trouble with my camera not allowing me to see the playback, I contacted Reolink support, and the support person, Oia, was awesome, they were patient and understanding, they guided me through everything I needed, even though I had no knowledge of the issue they were still able to help me with my problems and now my camera is working again, have any problems, Reolink support is there to assist you until your problem is fixed!! Hands down ReoLink Camera exceed the standard. Easy of use and install. Great GUI. They have a camera for every environment, are reliable and at great price. Don’t be fooled by the by name. The internal components is what counts and all of there products are excellent. Top notch customer service and care. Best on the market.

3 out of 8 cameras have now failed. very difficult to get returns arranged, as they constantly fob you off when yo finally get an email reply, and you can only email them. sent the cameras back and a week later still waiting for an update. would not recommend t all!
