Reolink LTE cameras
I had 2 great reolink cameras then the 3rd antena broke just after warantee expired and they do not make a replacement. The plastic on an outdoor product cant take the sun! I bought a 4th and it was defective from the beginning. Because I did not buy it from reolink directly they gave me a refurbished as a warantee replacement that lasted all of 4 months. The refurbished unit has no warantee. There warantee is a joke and customer service is very hard to work with. Buy a Eufy it is a better camera. Reolink is no longer the only good LTE camera!

The customer service with this company…
The customer service with this company when you have an actual product issue is atrocious. They ghost you, they don't respond for days, they send you in circles of firmware updates and other things. Case in point, I bought a 4 camera system, everything installed fine but two weeks in and one camera quit. I spent a MONTH with their customer service trying to get a replacement, did firmware updates, power ups and downs and in between was ghosted for DAYS. I like the cameras, but if you have an issue beware they are not helpful at all.

Reolink has great products and work as it should. Easy set up.
I had a small problem with mine that came up and customer service was on top of things to help with resolving the issue, which we figured out after some test. Odeya was great with the technical support to figured out the problem, which ended up replacing the unit and Alisa was great from the warranty department to get me a new one sent out.
