As others have said, I took my favourite expensive sunglasses to Boots and Specsavers opticians and neither were interested in fixing the lens that had fallen out.

I read the reviews on here and these so good that I sent my sunglasses off without a stamp and Repair Glasses called me up and we sorted out postage. The sunglasses were returned shortly afterwards in perfect condition.

As others have said, this is what customer service used to be like. Perhaps they could run our councils.

The nosepad snapped on my glasses, the opticians said couldn't be repaired. Contacted Repair Glasses, Matt confirmed they could solder the nosepad.
Sent them to Glasses Repair on Monday got them back good as new on Wednesday!!! The service is AMAZING. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service quality repair and really quick service

Just got my daughter's glasses back, both arms had snapped off. Excellent repair and back to me within 2 days of my posting them. Great service

I snapped the arm of my metal glasses, not the hinge, fully on the arm and thought I was screwed and would have to buy another pair. I sent a photo to the company and they said they could repair it. I sent them on Monday, they received them, fixed them and posted them back on Tuesday. I received them on Thursday and I have no idea how they did it but they’re fixed good as new? Incredible service and for such a cheap price, cannot recommend them enough.

I contacted Glasses Repair and spoke to (possibly Matt going by other reviews) them explaining that I had some 90's Rayban Wayfarers which I'd had prescription lenses fitted and still had the original Bausch & Lomb lenses which I wanted re-fitted to the frames. I was told that this could be done and the frames would be refurbished.
I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The lenses were fitted, the hinges replaced and the frame polished to an as new condition.
I highly recommend this service and sadly will not be a returning customer as I have no other glasses for repair or refurbishment.
The turnaround time was a same day repair and it was only that they were despatched back on a Friday that I received them back on Monday. 5 stars ++

I had only had my glasses three months before the frame snapped. I caught my hair and the Lens popped out because the frame snapped. I got no reply from the company that sold them. They hadn’t been a cheap pair either! Thanks to Repair Glasses I got my glasses back to a wearable state. The turnaround is fast, the cost is competitive, the service was hassle free and I’m delighted with the quality of the repair. Highly recommended and I’m so grateful.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Broke the very fine bridge on my titanium glasses. Found this guy by accident on Google. Had tried 3 different options, Specsavers wouldn't repair, private opticians said couldn't be repaired, original opticians said send them to us and we'll see what can be done. Prospective turn around 2-3 weeks. Yeah, right, without my glasses? Contacted Repair-Glasses. Yep! no problem, send them to us. Returned 48 hrs later. Felt tiniest little blimp where the new join "welded ", I couldn't see it and a blind man would be glad to. ABSOLUTE GENIUS. Thrilled to bits. Can't thank you enough, am recommending to everyone I know.

Wow. Snapped the arms off my Raybans in a last minute England goal related incident; sent them to Repairglasses, had them back in under forty-eight hours, perfectly fixed! It’s almost too good to be true actually, I’m so used to receiving non efficient services that this has taken me by surprise. Bravo, RepairGlasses - you are awesome👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Cracking turnaround and service, repaired a snapped set of Specsavers glasses within a couple of days and they've lasted a good few months now (and still going strong, despite 1yo's best efforts to break them again!)

Specsavers were no help in branch and said nothing they could do, these guys fixed them like new.

I had a broken hinge on metal-framed glasses. Emailed them a photo on Sunday to check they could repair, and had a reply first thing Monday which meant I could put the glasses straight in the post.

They confirmed receipt, repair, and dispatch on Tuesday, and I received them back Thursday.

Can't beat that.

Astonishingly good service. All the opticians struggled to tighten up my wobbly-armed titaniam frames. These people did perfectly at rapid speed for half the price of most competitors. Highly recommend!

I couldn't find anyone local to fix my glasses after I stepped on them so I tried this online option. I initially sent Matt a quick email to see how it worked and he replied very quickly.
I posted my glasses on the Tuesday and they were returned less than 48 hrs later on the Thursday as good as new. Very happy. Thanks.

Repaired my daughter’s broken glasses, did a great job. I sent them Friday and they arrived back on the Monday, like new again, I was very impressed by the speed of service. And for a total of £24.99, much cheaper than my quotes from high street opticians.

Ray Bans were back within 2 days and like new for 24.99. Insurance is 35 per glasses and have 4 pairs. Exceptional service and would recommend to anyone. More than happy.

5 star service from Matt. Excellent prices, fast turnaround and glasses repaired like new. A+++++++
