I sent a duffle bag from Holzrichter Berlin to them because the zipper needed to be replaced. After some initial issues with the color of the zipper, everything worked out perfectly. I received a duffle bag back that was as good as new.

The inseam of my jeans was blown out. The repair was quick, the patch is solid and holds well. I especially appreciated the pick-up and delivery option, very convenient. I will use their services again.

A favorite handbag of 27 years was repaired by Repair Rebels in shortest of time and closest to the original. Now I can carry it for the next 27.

Really great that something like Repair Rebels exist. The repair was very easy, absolutly would do it again. The repair was something like 35€. Otherwise i would have to spend roughly about 150 for the same but new bagpack... :D

I sent my designer bag in for repairs and was assured it could be fixed. However, when I got it back, the bag was completely ruined due to poor craftsmanship, losing all its value, and it broke again within a week. After I complained, I was informed that the main repair person was "on vacation" and the work was done by an assistant. Despite my compliant and the ensuing discussion, no compensation was offered (e.g., should have been given monetary compensation for the damage as bag was ruined), and I refused to pay for the botched repair. If you value your designer bag, do yourself a favor and DO NOT send it in for repairs there. There's a significant risk it may be returned in worse condition than when you sent it.

Ps.: The fact that I am writing this review two years later, because I forgot about the company and had honestly thought they went bankrupted but was reminded on instagram they still excited and wanted to spare future customer the trouble. This does to no extent change the experience and the objective outcomes of the repair process.
PPS.: indeed another repair of the ruined repair was offered but after this experience I opted out as I had lost trust in their technical skills and it seemed very risky to have it further worsened.
