Quick to respond to my call, prompt visit by engineer who condemned the w/machine. Range of replacement options poor and had to pay a significant excess to get an equivalent replacement. Moderate wait for the replacement to be installed, the installation fitters were excellent

Had a problem with my Samsung Washing…
Had a problem with my Samsung Washing machine. One quick call to Repair and Assure and an engineer was organised. The chap came out the next day, identified the problem, ordered the replacement part and the washing machine was up and running within 4 days of the initial call. Fantastic service and the engineer was friendly and knowledgeable.

I normally pay monthly DD but gave me options of paying in one payment for the year saving an amazing over £45 !! I received a call from R/A earlier today. The Dude was so Polite and explained everything to me. Regarding cover on my wash machine at just under £10 Monthly. Sounded Great. Then he also explained I can get cover on my TV too. Which is a Blessing. The call gave me peace of mind and it's much appreciated to have Cover on my washer and TV.
