Renewal of insurance.
Very happy with the service that i received, i didn't realise my contract was nearly up, where has the time gone , when i received a phone call asking if i wished to carry on with it, and was everything still in working order and ok and no problems with the item, not only that but my payment reduced to, WOO HOO, you don't get many company doing that, so win win for me, great service, great company and very good manners too. A 10/10 from me.

I was called by an agent from R&A to take up an attractive deal on a washing machine for breakdown insurance.
I was called by an agent from R&A to make me aware that our washing machine was out of warranty and would. I be interested in taking breakdown cover on it.
The agent Darren Wilson was excellent, personable, helpful and more important, patient with me. He explained the deal to me in great detail and that there would be a price reduction from £12+ to £9+.
He also also told me of an excellent deal they were doing on tv’s and again I was happy to take this up.
Thank you R&A and thank you Darren - I would have no issues in recommending your Company and services.

Had a great phone call with Shaun Heath…
Had a great phone call with Shaun Heath who was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about in an easy to understand way.
Also suggested ways to sort out some problems every washing machine has at some point.
For example if you have bit of a smell when using only 40 degrees as a normal temperature for washing, do a hot 90 degree wash. Also calgon is always helpful to use in an empty machine Also a hot temperature only helps.
