Everything was good!

I discovered Repair Cycle as I was looking online for a shop to have my vaccum repaired. I tried, and am now totally convinced. For a low price and a quick time, I got my device back home, functioning as new.

Repair Circle picked up my broken coffee machine, sent it to a repair shop that did a fantastic job in repairing it and returned it to me in around 1 week. The whole process was clear, with plenty of communication of what the steps would be.

Got connected with a repair shop that fixed my device on the spot and very cheaply.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Repair Circle. I didn't get my computer repaired, and the whole process felt unclear from the start despite their friendly support. What I didn’t know is that they don’t do the repairs themselves—they send the computer to a partner shop, but this wasn’t explained properly upfront.

It felt like I was handed off without much context, and I ended up feeling very disappointed, if not frustrated. A bit more transparency and communication would go a long way.

Repair Circle made the process of finding a reliable repair option for my headphones super easy. Would recommend!

The CSA was pleasant and responsive. However:
1. The website (mobile) was unclear enough that I didn't try to book anything for a week until the CSA reached out.
2. The partner shop appeared to be unaware of who I was & what I wanted upon my arrival for the appointment.
3. Partner shop told me to order my own part, because it would be quicker and easier.
4. Asked around at other mobile shops, got recommended to a specialist who had the battery I needed in stock.

Until repair circle demonstrates an actual value-add I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Hey Hi. I would like to take a moment to share an exciting information. A month back, my Samsung galaxy A53 mobile display got damaged, reached out to ⁨Mohan⁩ from Repair circle. On behalf of Repair circle, he helped me to get connected to local Repair shops, where the cost of original display is 120 euros. Through Repair circle, Mohan helped me to get the reimbursement from Repair bonus program. With the "RepairBONUS" program, the Senate Department for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection and the Environment promotes the repair of household electrical and electronic devices and wants to motivate all Berlin citizens to use devices for longer and not to dispose of them prematurely. The goals are to avoid waste and promote the sustainable use of resources. The repair can be carried out in a repair shop, in a repair café or at a repair initiative. There is eligibility criteria to apply for this program, pls check with Repair circle for the further details. Totally I paid 120 euros for the repair, after submitting the application, I got 60 euros reimbursed through this program from senate department of mobility, Berlin. Thanks Mohan for providing a good customer service experience. Highly recommended, check with Repair circle, incase of any information needed regarding electronic gadget repair in Berlin. And make use of this program from Senate, government promotes sustainability by funding for these repairs to make people reuse their gadgets after repair.

I reached out to Mohan and team on the new years regarding my phone battery andneeded to get it fixed at the earliest. They were kind enough to respond and resolve quickly the very next day.

On the late evening of December 30th, I accidentally dropped my Samsung Galaxy A51 mobile, and the display got broken. I immediately reached out to Mohan from Repair Circle. He coordinated with his team and a local repair shop to find a spare part. Fortunately, they located one, and he advised me to visit the shop the next morning for the repair. Despite it being New Year's Eve, where shops in Germany typically work half a day, but my phone was fixed within 12 hours with the help of the Repair Circle team and the local repair café (Hazafix).

Importantly, Mohan also guided me to apply for the government-initiated repair bonus program. I was lucky to get in on the last day of application.

Moreover, I received my impact score and felt pleased to contribute to reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

These days, we rely so much on our mobile devices. For instance, I had to write down the directions from my home to the repair shop on paper and to follow them. I was also worried about data loss, privacy, and security since it is not an authorized Samsung service center, but everything went smoothly. A big thank you to the Repair Circle team, especially Mohan. I highly recommend them for any electronics repairs. :-)

Mr.Vasanth handled my aquarium light defect, perfectly. His experience in the field made me realise more about how the led light system works in this particular model and also pointed out how to fix the remote sensor issue which i thought was beyond fixable.
