My item arrived damaged and no help offered
My item arrived damaged, when contacting the sale team for help / what process i should do to make up for the situation i was left completely in the dark - 3+ days later i received no response from the team but rather an email asking about my experience with the company 1 star poor customer service

Great parts and packaging
Great parts and packaging – 10/10 overall!
I ordered a replacement 64 MP rear camera, the ultra-wide camera, the other auxiliary cameras, and the camera glass casing for my Poco X3 NFC. Everything arrived quickly, and the packaging was excellent.
All the parts worked perfectly except for the 2 MP macro/depth camera, but I was able to just reuse my old one anyway. Overall a fantastic 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend Repair Outlet!
